Ok, we finally decided to try My Empanadas and I am beyond satisfied ?The weekend special was a shrimp with avocado sauce and it was amazing. The salted caramel apple is one of the best things I’ve ever put in my mouth. 10/10 I’ll be back again.
Oh, yum. I tried their chile relleno empanada and it was absolutely delicious. They had a wide variety in their case, both sweet and savory. This particular one was so good, I went back a few days later and had another. The employees were great, they bake it for you in just a few minutes (or you can take it home and bake it), and it's just so good.

They’re amazing. As a Mexican from Arizona I have always had super high standards for Latin inspired food but I can’t sing enough praises for this place. The empanadas are definitely not authentic but they don’t claim to be. They took the inspiration of a great thing and made it their own and it’s so incredibly good.
