“Pure Kitchen never disappoints. I’ve been coming since the soft open and I am always happy with the healthy options that fit my dietary restrictions. Believe me, I wish I didn’t have them but knowing I can always be taken care of here—without the eye rolls—and be full with ridiculously yummy food is the best! Thank you!“
“Really enjoyed the food and service. Menu had a wide variety. For starters we had beef tips with guac and pico. Yum! For dinner we both had filet and it was tender, cooked to perfection and wonderful taste. Only reason for a 4 was the icy stairs. A restaurant of this quality should not let this happen given the long stairway.“
“Great service from the hostess seating the five of us right away to Jonathan K, our server. Great tasting and lots of healthy choices like the sweet potatoe soup and salad, and salmon.Dietary restrictions: Two of us are gluten, dairy, beef, and soy free and the dishes they prepared for us were amazing.“
“I'm not sure what is better; the views, the food or the drinks! The charcuterie is amazing and local flavors are spectacular. The bread and butter is a game changer! Best espresso martini I've ver had and the drink and food menu is impressive. Kids and fur-babies are welcome!!“
“Exceptional service and more creative & delicious food. Variety of dishes, and all were beautifully presented and had a nice mix of flavors and textures. Had an infant in our party, and they had a high chair, a sippy cup and entertainment all set up for our arrival. Atmosphere in the restaurant is quite nice too … more like a big city restaurant than a small ski town. Would definitely recommend for a nicer meal.Vegetarian options: Options on menuDietary restrictions: Very willing to adapt dishes to address food or dietary needs“
“Must stop for anyone looking for great food at reasonable prices! You can check in on Yelp to shorten your wait and when you get there Chris will be slinging groups to tables faster than SpongeBob slings patties. Cheese steak is a must, bird salad is worth going back for! Can't wait to come back.Parking: Parking is free after 8pm, and is very cheap, we never paid more than $1.00!“
“Here for happy hour. Great vibe sitting at the communal table with wonderful conversations with strangers eating delicious new food. We had the cauliflower, burger, Bibb Cobb, Caesar, Korean chicken, polenta. Everything was great except the Caesar was just good and polenta was a bit flavorless. Overall, highly recommend. Get there early or miss out“
“Happy hour from 5-6 at the small bar was very enjoyable. Friendly conversations with chef and bartender about the food and patrons about life’s adventures. 2-4-1 appetizers were not pub food but high end, creative and delicious. Highly recommend the scallops and duck. Drinks were also marked down considerably“
“What a fantastic evening! The atmosphere was lively and brimming with warmth, thanks to the personable and friendly staff. But what truly elevated the experience were the cocktails. Crafting flavorful, high-quality drinks using their own spirits deserves commendation. It's clear that they put a lot of passion and skill into their creations. A big thank you for making our night so memorable!Violet & Michael“
“This Mexican restaurant was a fun surprise while staying in Dillon for a ski weekend. While the other restaurants had a 30-45 min wait, they were able to seat us at the bar right away. The meal comes with complimentary chips and salsa that were great. We also ordered the Horchata, steak tacos, Flan, and deep fried ice cream for which continued our trend of tasty food. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our larger group. Definitely recommend!“
“We truly had the most amazing experience here. We came here for our engagement dinner and everything exceeded our expectations. Our waitress was amazing and took photos for us. The food was excellent. The views are incredible, it is so welcoming here, elk tacos were fantastic! I could go on and on. I hope we will be lucky enough to make it back.“
“We LOVED this experience! We got to do both the hot cocoa and dinner sleigh ride. The hot cocoa one was so lovely; it was so much fun to take a sleigh ride and get a warm cup of cocoa (optional peppermint schnapps for adults) and a cookie - all while listening to a live musician and taking in the views! The dinner sleigh ride was DELICIOUS. I don’t think I’ve ever had such yummy chicken enchilada soup, and that was just the appetizer. And the apple pie for dessert? YUM! Overall, my husband and I really just loved the experience of sitting under a blanket and getting to talk to the others in the sleigh and hear all of the knowledge from the sleigh drivers. Shout out to Sean and Nina!“
