I found myself literally speechless after my first bites of appetizer here. Not in 21 years of living in Chicago have I experienced such an exceptional dining experience. The cocktails were phenomenal. The appetizers outstanding. And the entrees were another level. I loved EVERYTHING I received (heritage blue corn hushpuppies, the salmon BLT with twice cooked fries, the Southwest Limeade) and I had to stop myself from licking the inside of my glass. The food was incredible, the vibes were immaculate, the service was kind and informative...I HAVE to make my way back to Grand Junction just for this restaurant. Perfection!
