“The beer and food here are outstanding! Their beer is exciting with their rotating brews. The food is absolutely incredible every time we come here - we love everything we have tried. The restaurant is usually pretty loud with the high ceilings, which makes it a bit difficult to have conversations.“

“Our first time in and Amber was absolutely amazing! So welcoming and helped us around the menu. Their special was Pork Belly Cinnamon Rolls and it MELTED IN YOUR MOUTH!!!!! The baked beans had a delicious smoky flavor and the fries were fresh and crispy. Every single thing we tried was insanely tasty!! I will be coming back and trying everything on the menu! Highly recommend the beans as well!“

Crazy Mountain Brewery Brewery • $
1505 N Ogden St, Denver - 8.61 miles

“My first time here, this space used to be something else... Always a stop before Ogden shows. I was delightfully surprised when they had a well-made ESB on Nitro! This is my favorite style of beer, and (US) brewers tend to f*** it up. This one did NOT disappoint. Owner & staff were super-nice, their beers are stand-up. Before a show, or just if you live in Denver, check this place out!“

“Local gem in the Jefferson Park neighborhood. Exposed brick walls, rooftop seating, and an authentic brew-pub vibe. Service is friendly, knowledgable, and attentive. Highlight is the food (start with the buffalo cauliflower) which is wonderfully diverse for a relatively short menu. The hot chicken sandwich was amazing, as was the seared scallops over fettucini.“

“We live next door and have been waiting for something to open in the previously vacant space. We came opening weekend and it seemed like they were operating smoothly - and it was pleasantly busy! Above average beer list, seemingly all local/from Colorado, and prices were standard. Will be back.“

AC Golden Tank Room Brewpubs • $$
1601 19th St Unit 100, Denver - 9.79 miles

“Really more like the bar under them just that they have AC Brewing’s beer on tap as well as a full bar and we’ve the same food menu as below. They make thing confusing by having a website run by Coors for the place but Tom’s Watch Bar below also has a website showing what they actually have on tap. Why they can’t combine the two so you can see everything in one place, I don’t get. The bar is nicely designed with some outside patio spots but mostly inside with a few simulated golf stations.“

Menu wasn’t huge but I still saw several things I like. Our waiter was super friendly and helpful. Bottom line: we will be back.“

“I like the food here the pretzels with cheese are yummy as well as the nachos. Only critique of this place is the hostesses never know when happy hour is. The last two times I went the hostess said happy hour was over before the time that was reflected on the website. Then I ask my waiter and they say it’s still happy hour. Super weird but this has happened the last two times idk if they’re trying to save a buck or what“

My favorite are the green chile cheese tots and their burgers are huge and delicious! They have a wall of taps with beer, wine, hard kombucha, hard seltzer, and non-alcoholic kombucha that rotates very frequently. They also have housemade margaritas and this bourbon ginger something that I absolutely love. The beer was good, and the food was delicious. The Reuben and the fries were incredible. “we were in the area for a mini vacation (my sister and i). initially we were walking to the brunch nearby but as we were passing by, we changed our minds and went in. after seeing the cowboys game on, we sat down near the TV it was on. I asked if it was possible to change the TV behind my sister as well since we will be sitting across from one another. it was playing the Olympics races and nobody was watching (1 booth other than us and 4 people bar top). after it was changed, we ordered our food and drinks. a kitchen staff joked about the cowboys with friendly bantar before returning to the kitchen. shortly after, the general manager (I was unaware at the time) came from the kitchen and changed it again. I said excuse me several times to him and got 0 acknowledgement. the bartender shrugged his shoulders and looked away from me. I spoke to Anthony as there wasn't much time left on the game. Anthony attempted to talk to him and he said there were people watching the game. the game which was not put on until AFTER we requested the change. while I'm not one to sweat small stuff, I work in customer service and with 6 mins left on a preseason game, what's the harm? at least acknowledge me when I speak to you. let's come to an agreement. instead, I turned my chair around and waited to eat the appetizers sitting behind me on the table until the game was over (a whopping 4 mins) I don't get time to catch many games, was on vacation and wasn't being rude about it. i love sports and trust, I would've been stoked to catch the baseball game he changed it to AFTER the football game. and I would've been the only customer paying attention then too. so finally I was loud and thanked Anthony for his friendly demeanor and caring about his customers. I said it very loudly since I could not get acknowledgement when speaking politely and directly to him. what do ya know? now we hear me in the kitchen and have plenty to say. with music playing and food being prepared no less! I enjoyed the food. probably the best wings I've had in ages! the beer cheese soup was delicious. I enjoyed our waiter's customer care. without him, we would've walked out. food is top notch. caring about customers, not entirely priority. we don't visit often so it isn't a huge loss that we won't be returning because of one person. Definitely ask for Anthony if you do go!“

“We went there when it wasn't busy at all. The food was great. The only issue was that I asked for vinegar and oil. Now I did get it, but I wasn't expecting to be basonic vinegar instead of the red wine vinegar.I do recommend asking for the garlic fries. The Jalapeno cream cheeseburger was good but had no heat (spicy) to it.“
