Ordered a pizza on New Year's Eve about 45 min before they closed. Picked it up. Got it home. It was undercooked and we couldn't eat it. I meant to call them before today (Jan 17) but had a work trip and ended up with Covid. Just wasn't a priority. Needless to say, the manager isn't willing to make us whole. Won't give us a credit or even a discount on another pizza. We have had good experience until now but with customer service being so poor, recommend you go elsewhere.

The crust was fantastic, so I'm giving it two stars. The sauce tasted like it came out of a ragu bottle. The cheese was ok. The sauce didn't agree with me. It's not very good, but we all have our opinions. This sauce and toppings from Papa John's would have been better. It was just depressing to have a crust that would have made a fantastic pie with low-quality toppings on it.
