Had driven past for several weeks before finally stopping for dinner tonight. Was not disappointed! Barbacoa Torta was huge and layered with flavors. Carnitas and Azada tacos were great. Service was fast and friendly. Will be back to try different things on their extensive menu.
Absolutely amazing! The portions are generous, the owner is incredibly kind, and most importantly - the food is delicious!! (Got a carnitas taco, the Azada fries with avabe, and a pastor torta)Highly recommend stopping by! We definitely will be soon!

Best tacos I’ve have anywhere in Colorado. I have tried at least 15 taco trucks in Denver, most of the taco trucks in Longmont and even a couple down in Pueblo and Ft. Morgan. These tacos are the best, they stick to a couple of favorites and just put all the effort into them, they even have tlacoyos, if you haven’t tried them give them a go.
