The kids wanted pancakes and we thought about going to IHOP but decided to spend money on a local restaurant. Janie's was the perfect spot! It's cozy but still has a lot of tables (mostly 4 person booths). We ordered kids pancakes (cute shape and face!), regular pancakes, a smothered burrito and huevos rancheros. Service is always spectacular. Food is very good--generous, hot, and fresh. Coffee is delicious. Have yet to try the breakfast burrito , the biscuits the grilled cheese andthe Monte Christo sandwich. Mostly, I just appreciate the cost, warm ambience of the place.
