Hands down the best food in Longmont

This place has really unique and well made food and cocktails, especially given its weird location in an old Texas Roadhouse. Ricky the bartender was amazing. It’s a little strange that there are no windows or natural light, but otherwise the tiki vibes are great. The only disappointing part of the meal was that they substituted cremini mushrooms in for shiitake but didn’t say anything about it.
