I would suggest halving the size of the brussel sprouts though. $12 happy hour price is certainly better than the normal $18, but still rather high when many other offerings land around $6. When they arrived we saw why they were so pricey - because it's a whopping serving. Nobody needs that much brussel sprouts so please reduce both the size and the cost. They were amazingly delicious but still...I don't know if I'd order again due to the cost. Perhaps offer two sizes??“
“Frasca was a start to finish impeccable experience! My partner and I went for my birthday, and every staff member we interacted with was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, laughed at my stupid jokes, and did not make us feel rushed whether we were just enjoying a dish, picking out a wine or had questions about ingredients.The food was absolutely incredible, which I did expect for a Michelin starred restaurant! But I was still blown away by each dish, the care that clearly went into every aspect of it and how each ingredient was special (I keep dreaming of the butter hand churned by a guy in Normandy). I loved the journey through the menu we went on, the experimentation of flavors, textures, smells and temperatures was so fun!The service, I had no expectations for because I just assumed it’d be like every other restaurant but with fancy plates and wine glasses, maybe? However, it was phenomenal. What was really special was how even though the restaurant was full, it didn’t feel crowded and there wasn’t a massive deal of switching out tables when someone finished. They are clearly a passionate, cohesive and well educated team!I recommend everyone who loves food experiences something like this at least once, it’s like eating art while being treated like royalty!“

“My friend and I went here on Valentine's Day for our UnValentines date. We don't celebrate, we like to dress up and go eat. Our server Alex was an absolute delight. She was patient, friendly, and sweeter than the Panna Cotta that night. The food was just as incredible. I had the buffalo lasagna, and my buddy had the Duck and gnocchis! Both are just to die for. He cleaned his plate, but I had to take some of my lasagna home, and it was still delicious reheated later!!I really loved their take on an antipasto! The only suggestion I have would be a little image with the antipasto telling you what each item is. 10/10 will be back.Great for a date, a family get together, friends, whatever. “We had a large group of about 25 in for Restaurant week last night. Elevated was great from the reservation process on. Our group typically does trendy restaurants in Downtown denver for restaurant week, this is our 9th year with a group this size. We chose this restaurant based of the menu they had for restaurant week. It was a lot of delicious food! We had a reservation for 30 but only 25 showed, the staff set up tables for us in the heated patio area which was perfect for a beautiful March night. The service was outstanding, Jax and a nice young lady (omg I feel terrible I can’t remember her name) were on top of everything all night long! we literally had the best service at this restaurant we have had anywhere for a group this size. The food was really good, the service was outstanding and the drinks were on point as well. There were some mess ups on the checks which happen sometimes with a group our size so no biggie. Jax was on top of it and made sure all charges were correct and everyone was good when we left. We definitely will be back! Thanks Elevated team we had a great evening in your establishment! ?“
