We drove by Otis’s, smelled the smoker, and said “Yep! We’re goin there for lunch!” Absolutely incredible food for such a good price. The brisket was juicy and the ribs fell off the bone. The rub and BBQ sauce was perfectly spiced and had great flavor. They even have a separate tray of extra meat trimmings for dogs!
This dude knows his BBQ! Brisket was super moist and full of flavor. The ribs are probably the best I've ever had. Perfectly smoked and seasoned. Perfect texture... The bone comes out clean every time, yet they aren't overcooked or mushy. I already can't wait to go back! Only thing I fear is with BBQ this good, it's going to be hard to get my hands on it once the word spreads!
