“Employees are incredibly welcoming and friendly, and you can't find better fries. Good selection of local beers on tap and I highly recommend the Reuben!Vegetarian options: They have a nice vegetarian section of the menu and are allergy conscious.Kid-friendliness: My daughter and I attended a special event and it was definitely family friendly.“
“Fun little spot with great barbecue. Accommodating to gluten free diets, if needed. They also have live music and a nice patio area. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Hearty portion sizes with a wide variety of options.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free buns and notify on the menu that you can request items be made gluten free“
“Very good BBQ - It's nice to have a solid dedicated BBQ option on the north side of the Springs. So far everything has been wonderful, and the flavors are great! My suggestions are,1. the brisket rub/bark could use a bit more flavor.2. The side game needs to step up. Need fried Okra, pickles, Mushrooms. include pickled red onions/jalapenos.3. add a sugar free sauce option.4. Keep being awesome!“
“This is my new favorite restaurant in Colorado Springs. Delicious food, friendly staff, and very generous portion. I made the mistake of arriving 15 minutes before closing time. Despite my late arrival, the staff was very kind and even cooked extra food for me. I will definitely come back here the next time I am in Colorado Springs!“
“Always busy and always good. The staff is friendly and the food is always good to very good. Sometimes the brisket is excellent. It's loud and plan on standing in line but it moves quickly. A few gripes.....like so many bbq places it's flimsy plastic cutlery. Food is served on paper. Even paper plates would be better. Plastic cutlery is in big cups that every kid in the place can finger. They also have big tubs of iced bottles of drinks that children handle and it kind of grosses me out. Every time I'm there I've started noticing how many little kids handle the bottles on ice. Long picnic style tables...sometimes hard to find a clean spot. I'll keep going. The food and service is great but the dining experience is a little lacking.“
“Only eating a 4 instead of a 5 because it was so cold most of the animals were not out, and also the bear habitat was not accessible by foot due to renovations, but we did get to see them from the sky on the lift ride. We were here from Florida on our honeymoon, and this was a nice outdoor activity that was not too expensive.“
“Was a bit of a trick to find (is hidden in the corner of the buildings), but the food was spot-on from what remember from Daegu and Seoul Korea (though they didn't have whole-clove garlic onthe tables, which I kinda missed lol)...definitely give a 9/10 :)“
“I love all the community engagements this location does! Thank you Renee for keeping the fun for all going! Plus of course the food is so amazing, even when I am there for 5 hours during an event I get hungry over and over because the SMELLS are so incredible! Also thank you for sponsoring the Indoor Family Halloween Festival 2023 with Connecting Communities at The SoccerHaus2:30pm-7:30pm and Connecting Communities looks forward to many many more opportunities with you all!“
“Absolutely the best sandwich shop in Colorado Springs! It's locally owned and the food is worthy of 10 stars. Super friendly owners and employees. You will be back of you try these amazing sandwiches. I can't say enough about how much I love this place!“
“Food and service were both absolutely amazing. I got the BBQ Pork and my wife got Pho with Shrimp. Everything tasted great, especially my BBQ Pork, and we had a great conversation with the owner. They genuinely care for their customers and their community, and you can tell it's genuine, and not just putting on a show to keep the customers happy. We live in Colorado Springs, so we don't travel to/through Woodland Park often, but after eating here, I think we're going to start looking for reasons to head over more often, just to eat there. We ended up getting an order of BBQ Pork and an order of BBQ Chicken to go as well, and they both tasted great reheated the next day, and honestly, food that still tastes just as good from a microwave the following day, is very hard to find.Kid-friendliness: They're great with the kids. He gave my girls a little plastic "egg" with a toy wrapped up inside, and he was almost as excited as the girls were, to see what they got. The girls loved everything about the place.“
“Got a brisket sandwich, fries, apple cobbler, and sweet tea.As a Texan living in Colorado, I don’t think I’ve found better bbq. The brisket was great esp with sauce. The apple cobbler… 1000000/10… literally the bestThe tea was the perfect amount of sweet.Fries were okay, but everything else makes up for them, plus I was full after scarfing down the apple cobbler“
“There are several BBQ places in the mountain home area. We prefer Holy Smokes because the food really tastes great. It's also not overly fatty or greasy. And the restaurant is clean, which is a must for us. The only downside is that they don't serve fried okra or green beans (come on, it's BBQ!). But, the potato salad and smoked mac'n'cheese are really good!“
“This is the BEST wing place in the springs! The food is delicious, the drinks are great, the service is superb! The sauce is so great too!!Vegetarian options: Yes there are vegetarian options!!! Not wing options, but sides that are really tasty!“
“Excellent small town BBQ place. Excellent service. Amazing food! Our waitress was attentive, playing with children, boxed food for us, and was so sweet! The establishment is clean. My husband's ribs were fall off the bone tender. I got the potato nachos and everything was so good!“
“so when we got there we were seated right away but then multiple waiters walked by us and no one asked us what we wanted to drink. When the waitress finally came to take the drink order she said I heard you have been waiting for awhile I will give you a free appetizer. So everything seemed to be going the right direction until the salads came all messed up onions in the salad instead of tomatoes, the wrong salad dressing. Then my sons salad was missing completely, he had to fill out a new paper. When we finally received our meals they gave my youngest the wrong side. We were truly looking forward to going to Texas T-bone when moved back to area since it use to be one of our favorites last time we lived here this experience has changed how we as family feel about Texas T-bone.“
“We drove by Otis’s, smelled the smoker, and said “Yep! We’re goin there for lunch!” Absolutely incredible food for such a good price. The brisket was juicy and the ribs fell off the bone. The rub and BBQ sauce was perfectly spiced and had great flavor. They even have a separate tray of extra meat trimmings for dogs!“
