The rub and BBQ sauce was perfectly spiced and had great flavor. They even have a separate tray of extra meat trimmings for dogs!“

“Hands down the best Cajun food I've had in the Springs. Stopped by a while back to grab a shrimp po' boy and it was so good that I went back today to grab a bowl of gumbo for the cold weather. 10/10 would suggest either one, but the gumbo definitely hit the spot for a cold day. The man running the truck both times I've gone is super friendly and even brought my food out to my car today because of the cold weather, but they have some outdoor seating for warmer days as well.“

“We love El Korita! They are the best Mexican food truck in town hands down. It always hits the spot especially coming from California and being very picky when it comes to Mexican food. My husband always asks for his tripa extra crispy and they never fail at making it crispy and still keeping it savory. “So my birria tacos were fire. They really do raise the bar for the area of Colorado Springs. Burritos according to my wife, not her favorite. Maybe a little work needed there. But I’m not deducting points for that because of how good those tacos were. Burritos are not my thing any way. I’ve never had a taco that good in all of Colorado. “Tacos are some of the few in town that remind me of home (las Vegas) tripa, asada, pastor, and bierria are all recommend!!! Their green salsa is a bit on the spicy side but a good mild flavor.Sadly, government caused inflation is hitting everyone hard, especially the food industry, so their tacos are around $3 each. “Spotted the BBQ stand in the Platte Walmart. They had the Texas flag flying and the air was full of BBQ. As I approached I was greeted with a warm smiles by the owners. I tried the brisket nachos with sausage n jalapeños (I ate all of the sausage before I took the pic).One thing I’ve experienced with other nachos is they are stingy with the toppings. THIS BBQ place is GENEROUS with the brisket, sausage, jalapeños n cheese. The brisket was very tender n sausage was juicy. From now on if I need a BBQ fix I will hit up this business. “We've been searching for a delicious chinese restaurant that delivers to our house and I've legit tried tons but this one was surprisingly delicious. We always order a large variety of things so that we can eat family style. I would definitely say that I prefer the dinner portions for the price by far than the lunch portions. The egg foo young was AMAZING and it was huge!!! I love that they pre-added the sauce to it because it literally gave it a whole another level of deliciousness because it got to soak in the flavor. I really liked the general tso's chicken and the chicken and snow peas. The egg rolls were AMAZING! I love a good cabbage filled egg roll and these were delicious! If I have to make any suggestions, it would be nice to have an option to get fried rice with the dinner portions instead of just white rice on door dash. But honestly, I'm not going to complain, the food was so fresh, flavorful, and amazing.“

“I've been going to La Flor de Jalisco for years. There are lots of good taco trucks in town but this one is hands down my favorite. I'll even drive out of my way to grab a bite. Their carnitas burrito is always something I'm craving. Massive burrito with rice, refried beans, salsa, sour cream and the oh so delicious carnitas! It's perfect. And for $7 you just can't beat it Their truck carries the standard fare. Tacos, burritos and tostadas. Prices are some of the best in town. No joke tacos are only $2! “Love it! This place has a lovely ambiance. The service is first rate. I just came in while waiting for my dog at the groomers. So it's early and not at all busy. My tostada is fresh and totally loaded. I just can't say how comfortable and hospitable this place feels. It's a hidden gem in Woodland Park, CO. Definitely worth a visit from the Springs. The margarita is worth the visit all on its own.“
