“I had the steak trio and it was phenomenal! I believe they switch up the styles, but this one was a coffee rubbed with pomegranate over sweet mashed potatoes, a Gorgonzola cut over scalloped potatoes, and a cut with house made bone marrow butter over whipped potatoes and boy was it fantastic!! The drinks are delicious as well and the service is excellent. It's a bit of a hike, but totally worth checking out!“
“First visit here, I heard of this place and it has great Google reviews. I was interested in having a good steak and I was not disappointed (filet). Lisa had the monster club which she enjoyed (she could only finish a quarter of it so I will sample it today). We shared the brussel sprouts appetizer and they are exceptional. We will be back.“
“I celebrated my wife birthday there. The ambience is amazing. I felt like I am dining at home. The food was awesome we tried the beef mignon and it was so tender. One of the best restaurants I ever visited. Our waiter also she was very helpful and she knew how to guide us through the menu.I am not a 5 star giving person but this place well deserve it“
“This is the first time I have been to The Cow, and I loved it! The only thing I would tell people is to try to go when it is not the peak hours because it was quite busy and we had to wait a while. That said the food was great, the service was excellent and we will definitely be going backParking: If you go during peak hours, it may be hard to find parking. I did find paid parking one lot over, and someone else in our party was able to get a spot in the restaurant lot, and it did not cost anything“
“I can't recommend this charming spot more. My husband and I have stopped in half a dozen times for wines and delicious bites to eat. The wine menu is ever changing, always with unique wines. Fantastic food, always tasty. Looking forward to trying the pineapple martinis brewing up next time we stop in!“
“The main part of the bar is in a really cool old building in downtown. There is a covered and heated smoking area and also a couple of other outdoor spaces that are smoke-free. Owner Dave is a real character. They put on some great music and the food is simple but awesome!“
“Hidden GEM! Me and my boyfriend stumbled across this spot and what a find it was! three stories inside, outside and rooftop seating areas. Plenty to do here, karaoke some nights, pool tables and live music. They have a small menu but oh is it mighty. You order at the counter, and someone brings it to the table. The onion rings, burgers, and fries were delicious and came our pretty fast! I ended up having like half a burger to take home. I also noticed there was free popcorn. Nice touch. I plan on coming back for karaoke night!“
“By far, the best sweet potato fries I've ever had. The Big Kahuna burger was perfect! Our server, Shayla, was spot on with everything. Never once did we have to flag her down for anything. Quiet atmosphere, but it was definitely worth the drive from Highlands Ranch. Great job! ?“
“This place is AMAZING. The vibes the atmosphere, wonderful music everything here is immaculate, food made with love. Best sauces we have ever tasted. The Italian nachos amazing! I haven’t had a calzone in 14 years and this had the best gluten free crust I’ve ever tasted, and I finally got to have a calzone I cried happy tears it was so delicious. We can’t wait to come back, thank you roof top tavern for your amazing customer service. You guys go above and beyond here and you can see it in every aspect of your restaurant! Amazing!! ?? much love!Dietary restrictions: Amazing gluten free options had my first calzone since going gluten free, the crust is the best gluten free crust I’ve ever tasted and been gluten free for 14 years!“
“Wow - what a fantastic find! Everything we had was delicious, from the drinks (I had the Berry Sangria and the bartender “roulette” which turned out to be a spicy, pomegranate margarita) to the food - baked goat cheese, the burger, the arugula and beet salads. Bonus - this establishment is woman owned! ? Highly recommend.“
