“The pizza was great, we had a pepperoni pizza, a Kahuna and a Carnivore. All 3 were great. Got to play a little fooseball with the kids before getting back on the gondola. Really enjoyed our meal here.

“Average for Telluride area. The veggies in the chicken teriyaki bowl seemed bland. The shredded pork with black beans and rice was nice.

There's not much meat in the two bowls, but it's flavorful.

The ice cream was very good.

The counter help personnel were adequate for a slow Sunday.

The payment transaction devices always seemed to want to add a tip for the counter help. So, if I place othe order myself, pick up the food and drink myself, and clean up after myself the table where I dined, I am supposed to tip the counter help and food prep guys?”

“The experience was superb! The food was incredible, each bite more delectable. Everyone was welcoming and paid great attention to every detail. We are going back again tonight. Chef Zachary came out and personally described each dish, his spirit behind the creations and answered our many questions. Can’t wait to go back tonight!”

“Good service and good environment, but unfortunately the omakase quality was not worth $200+. I have had better omakase in other high cost of living geographies for half the price. While some pieces, such as their amberjack were quite well designed, overall I felt that this sushi restaurant did not maximize the potential of much of its high quality raw ingredients. 1) many of their nigiris was very heavy on sweet sauces, an odd choice that detracts. 2) the unagi's flavor in particular completely overshadowed the the caviar and the uni

Probably a fine restaurant for sushi or ala carte ordering, but I would caveat empor splurging on omakase here vs say somewhere with a higher density of competition for high end sushi restaurants.

Also they added a 4% surcharge when we got the receipt that was not mentioned when we started the meal. This is a type of hidden "junk fee" that removes trust between customers and business owners. While still legal for now, the much more consumer friendly strategy is to raise menu prices.”

“Had some drinks and a light lunch at this place, which is just off the main street on Telluride. Lovely staff in a space with a nice relaxed atmosphere. Some nice outside seating too, with views to the mountains. The food is healthy and fresh. Some local beers, but not on tap. Spotlessly clean, and a good place to drop in for a bite and a drink.”
