“We just stopped here yesterday for a quick snack for our 4 year old son and a coffee for my husband and I and it was so nice! The employees were very friendly and patient with us and the atmosphere was very cozy. We ordered a brownie for my son that we all ended up sharing and oh man!! That was the best brownie I’ve ever had!! I would definitely go back for another.“

“This is a great sandwich shop! Fresh meat, cheeses and breads. We came after the lunch crowd and were greeted with a smile. We're on the road and did not want "road food" just good, not greasy or overly processed, food. The Pike Deli was perfect! I had the Albacore Tuna and my partner had a Veggie sandwich! Couldn't be more satisfied! We'll be back - as we love Pagosa Springs!❤️“

“We had the most delightful and fabulous waitress tonight with Riley! She was on it even with only two server’s available! She came back to us regularly, making sure we had anything we requested! And she was also a bartender! Very very capable young woman for sure. She made our entire experience a fun one. And the food was hot, fresh, and delicious! As were the margaritas!
