The staff are very friendly and the lobby and dinning area is really creative. U can write on almost any surface with a marker. They also have a condiment station were you can customize your burger just how you like it 5 stars.“

“Used to go to True Grit. Food & service left a lot to be desired, & we got charged extra for side dishes that were supposed to come with the meal. Even with a 25% military discount, it's not worth it anymore. Now, along comes The Lazy Dog Saloon who saved my day of ravenous hunger with their delicious foods. Drove from Cedaredge to Ridgway looking for a good meal. Here it was! Succulent, cooked med. rare sirloin with honey sweet baked beans topped with crispy bacon. & loaded mashed potatoes with crisp bacon bits & cheese. I will certainly be eating there everyday while we are camped there for the July 4th holiday.“

“6 days in Telluride and 5 meals at The Butcher & The Baker. 4 breakfasts which featured great oatmeal, bakery items, coffee and one or more smiles from every person who works there. Lunch features the best sandwiches in town. It's a fun place no matter what time of the day you go. Dinner is served until 8 pm which we will test on our next trip to Telluride.“

“Came here on a quiet Thursday for breakfast after reading the bougie landrover review. Solidly good food! Croissant sammie was delicious as was the breakfast burrito. Parking was tricky to figure out but if you’re flexible, you can figure it out.“

“This was exactly what I was hoping it would be. Walking up the street everyone passes by with little white bags from here and I know why! The pastries were to die for and at reasonable prices (for a resort town). The bacon breakfast sandwich bagel, which had immaculate eggs and bacon in it was delicious. I had a bacon egg croissant which was to die for. It has the perfect amount of egg, bacon and crispy crusty goodness. We also got one of their big donuts which was ok. For the road we got one of the chile and one pizza roll and holy heck do I wish id just gotten a dozen of both. I'll definitely be back here next time I ride telluride.“

“We had the most delicious salmon and Cesar salad with a glass of Pinot. Cheesecake for desert was super tasty!! Our server John was very nice! We met the new owners Sherry and Todd and they were so nice & psyched about all of the new renovations and upgrades they are making at Chipeta Lodge.“
