“Lolly's Ice Cream is a cute, repurposed old house located in the Historic Downtown of Monument. Homemade ice cream in a wide range of flavors plus baked goods and coffee. There was plenty of seating inside and the staff were friendly and chatty. Was it the best ice cream I've ever had? No but I would definitely return to support small businesses. Bonus: Whip cream pup cups!“

“We stopped here two times already, since we’re her on vacation rn and we liked it so much the first time. It’s a super cute coffee place, the coffee tastes really good and especially all the sweets! We loved the scones and the Pecan Sandies! So delicious!! The staff is also super friendly and welcoming. “Love this place. The only reason this got 4 starts is because it's so popular and hard to find a seat! I often have to sit outside which is rough in the winter. Maybe offer blankets to borrow? I know there's a second location, but they need more. The coffee is so smooth, the employees are crazy friendly, it has a great view and it's always clean.“

“They claim their Pimento Cheese is the world's best, I'm inclined to agree with them. Forge Coffee Lab's coffee is incredible, but I make my husband drive me here at least once a week for their pimento cheese and bagel chips. Don't sleep on it.“

So today I came in and actually got food, I got the classic Benedict it was SUPER GOOD! The only thing was the egg was not poached correctly so if your somone who wants it perfect then ask for it that way! “The staff is friendly and I like the fact that it’s a local coffee shop. The only problem is the inconsistency in the drinks. Lately the coffee has been bitter and my white mocha tasted more like a drip coffee.Update: I went back and ordered the same white mocha, came out like before (bitter, water down like a drip coffee) so I told the baristas that it taste bitter and she kindly churched it up for me, but there was still a taste of a burnt oily flavor that I’m assuming is from the type of espresso bean being used. The coffee shop reminds me a lot of the Calvary Chapel College coffee“

“Cute coffee shop with lots of options.Fresh ground coffee, great mocha, and great burritos!I had my burrito in a bowl, and my husband had his in the tortilla. “I don’t like the coffee I stick to novelty drinks so today had a tall caramel latte! I had to make a pit stop for a bathroom break anyway. I still have my actual gold card from when they were still using them now everything is done online but I like to carry the card with me in case my phone is in use!“

“Made a stop here before we headed to Denver because our friends visiting from out of town love Dutch, and they don't have any where they live. I got the peach with Red Bull and got it frozen with the recommendation of the cashier. I liked it frozen, it was like having a slushy. The red bull flavor does overpower the peach, but I liked it a lot. The service here is always beyond amazing, they ask how you are, what your plans are, and are patient when ordering anything. Our friends can't believe the service here and ask if they are always this nice!
