“Breakfast was fantastic. As a southerner transplanted to Colorado (not Texas y’all i swear) I can attest the gravy was some of the best I’ve had in Colorado with amazing flavor. Good quality thick bacon. I often have an egg ick but they were cooked to perfection. I wasn’t really sure what to do with the side of spinach. Bread was totally homemade. Service was friendly. Lots of stairs, no biggie for me but of course isn’t accessible for some.In total, the basic breakfast, side of gravy and a mimosa was $30.“

The food was AMAZING and scratch kitchen with fresh food and great service.Driving through town to look at some property south of town and this establishment made me rethink where pi9I want to purchase land at!There is a lot going on within this establishment from the culture the owners created, the vibe and feel, the food and service!!! The beautiful bartender Amber did such a good job at handling the large establishment and providing us top notch service, while giving us the lil run down on the town & history. “Real good food here especially the cheesecake pancakes but the only thing I can say is wrong with the food is the hashbrowns are always undercooked more hash whites than hash browns never crispy or brown other than that food is really good“

“I have not rated The Fritz since Grant sold out and Eric took over but we dropped in for the first time in a few years and I must say, they have not lost their zip! The smashburger (ala, Onion Fried Burger) is as good as any I have had in the US and I've been to a lot of places that serve ONLY onion burgers!! My wife had the onion tarte and it was superb as well! Eric apparently cooks his onions on low temp for many hours and they rock!! We will have to go back and try some of the other foods!“

“Cozy restaurant located on the local golf course. Even if you're not playing golf you should visit this place for their great food and service. Always a fun atmosphere and they have great specials. Prime rib night is fire. Thorne Burger solid. Service is always 10/10. Great job Cabin Crew!“

“Stopped in here for a bite to eat and a beer. Megan, the bar tender/server, was phenomenal. I ordered wings, which Megan pointed out were not on the printed menu. The wings were great (and the sauce was F'ing hot as advertised!!) Service was exceptional.“
