Yampa Valley Brewing Company Hop House Brewery • $$
1125 Lincoln Ave Suite 100, Steamboat Springs

“Best brewery in town - space dog is a great west coast IPA and Ambrosia was a solid seasonal selection. Staff is great, dog friendly (say hi to the little Frenchie named Storm that's there on occasion). Lots of seating and can BYOF from anywhere. Would definitely recommend“

“Such a fantastic find in Steamboat! I have recently started drinking kombucha, but have quickly become aware that some brands add additional sugar, reducing the quality (in my opinion). The owner and brewer was informed and gave insight into her creative process. I am not a beer drinker and like the concept of a brewery that caters to a different taste. The flavors were unique and varied- the watermelon cucumber is my new favorite. I will definitely stop in when I return to Steamboat and hope they expand to other areas in Colorado soon!“

“Been here multiple times (100s?) … always a good experience except this time the blond bartender girl was pretty nasty. Also wondering if she chose to tip herself because every other time I get the option to leave a tip - but this time she didn’t give me the kiosk ?“

Storm Peak Brewing Company - Bus Stop Brewery • $$
2500 Village Dr, Steamboat Springs

“We were staying up the hill, so it was a good location. Not to crowded on a Sunday evening, but it was a nice chill vibe and dog friendly. Met a couple of sweet pooches. Liked the Seinfeld references. Although I started with the Gourd Intentions. It is almost Fall, and I do love the smells. I could have just sniffed it all night. I also enjoyed an Urban Sombrero for something lighter. Dad indulged in 3 Hot Mess Expresses because he enjoyed it so much. Not much parking, but it's a short walk from most areas of the resort. We also got to see some local wildlife in the form of a turkey just mosseying across the road. ?“
