The kombucha here is rockstar! The owner will let you try every flavor and is very friendly! She also has pickled vegetables and homemade granola. You really can not go wrong and the kombucha is fantastic
Such a fantastic find in Steamboat! I have recently started drinking kombucha, but have quickly become aware that some brands add additional sugar, reducing the quality (in my opinion). The owner and brewer was informed and gave insight into her creative process. I am not a beer drinker and like the concept of a brewery that caters to a different taste. This is, far and away, the best Kombucha I have ever had! The owner is so incredibly kind and welcoming and the space is calming and beautifully designed. If you are in Steamboat you cannot miss a visit to this place.
