“The food was absolutely delicious, so no complaints there! Unfortunately, the service was a different story.

I went in to pick up my order, and even though there were multiple employees working, it seemed like only one guy was actually helping customers and doing everything. The girl who was there completely ignored me, even though it was obvious I was waiting to be helped. The employee who was already working the register noticed and ended up coming over to help me himself.

As I was leaving, I could hear him telling the other employees, “Come on, guys, you have to help me out,” and I honestly felt bad for him. He was clearly trying to keep everything running while the others weren’t stepping up.

The food was great and the employee who helped me deserves recognition for his customer service and work ethic. I would definitely eat here again, but I hope management addresses the lack of teamwork because one person shouldn’t have to carry the entire place while several other employees are there.”

“I was in the drive thru for National Dog day and they ran out of dog scarfs with the car in front of me. I was at the stop sign outside their lot when I noticed the car next to me waiving. The girl was also in the drive thru and noticed my puppy. She works for Dutch Bros and gave me her scarf. Such a kind and generous act from an employee off the clock who went to extra effort to ensure I got one. Amazing attention and service. I was so caught off guard by the kindness that if I would have been faster would have offered her a job with my company. 5 star service from employee who wasnt even clocked in!”

“I just wanted to take a moment to thank the very kindhearted lady working the drive-thru this morning (3/10/22) at this Starbucks (in Timnath off of Weitzel). I was having issues with the Starbucks app and could not figure out why I couldn’t get logged back into my account to pay for my order 🤦🏼‍♀️. She then handed me my order and I got my debit card out to pay and asked her about transferring the star rewards to my account later, and she responded with, “Well, I’ve already canceled the order. We got this one today for you 😁.” I did NOT expect that and felt bad that I was holding up the drive-thru line and that I was potentially being seen as someone who was being difficult since I really wanted to use my Starbucks app to get my points. But the lady was SO kind to me and caring and just made my morning! So thank you (I don’t even know your name) for being so kindhearted to me this morning and for getting my order for me as well 🤩! I really do appreciate it! Thank you again ☺️. Hope you had a lovely day!”

“I loved the one in Estes and decided to get some food to go one time from the Loveland location. First thing I noticed was that the menu was a bit different, but I got something different and it was still good. Today, I decide to sit and stay since I had time. At the time there was only one other couple at a table with two people (mainly one guy). Gradually it started to get a pretty busy crowd and someone arrived to help. What I don't understand is how it took me over an hour for me to leave with my food? Yes after like 45 minutes of waiting PART of my food came out and I asked for it all to be made to go so I could just leave. I had to ask a passer byer to at least bring me the Naan I ordered while I continued to wait while THREE tables that came after me immediately got Naan bread and their food before did. One of the tables actually ate and left by the time I got mine. How does this happen?! Ridiculous.”

“We went here for our anniversary and had a great meal. We tried the crabcakes appetizer, excellent, ribeye's and baked potatoes also excellent, even split a piece of cheesecake to finish things off. Every thing was great. I can't forget to mention our server, Tony. He provided the best service and even though he had a table of 16 come in after we ordered, he still found time to come back and check on us. This might be one of the best places I've ever had a meal. Thanks for a great evening.”

“7-day a week Happy Hour from 4 pm to 6 pm -- Woo Hoo! Get there early as there are only around 10 seats at the bar but this Happy Hour is so outstanding you want to work your way through all the items -- how about a Margherita Pizza for $7! Or a Dry-Aged Cheeseburger Platter with Fries for $12! Or Truffle Fries as a great snack with a cocktail for $5! And on top of that last night (11-14-22) I had the best Prosciutto I've had in years as part of an Antipasti and if I'd gotten that alone it would have been just $5!!! The place is lovely and the staff are all very gracious and hospitable -- this Happy Hour gets my 5 stars!!!”

This place is more than a one and done, the people care about you, you are safe, and everything is worth coming back for!”
