The owner came over to chat with us.My only quibble is that the Diablo sauce is spicy but lacks flavor. I took my leftover home and added some New Mexico red chile powder, which made it just right.“

“Went to lunch after church on Sunday, place was pretty busy. We were seated right away. After sitting at least10 minutes without one person even acknowledging that we were there I ask a server if we could get some help. Acting like it was a big surprise, we had no water glasses, she had help three table around us, 2 other staff had clear off and clean 2 other tables right by us but everyone acted like we were invisible. Finally another server came and said sorry they had confusion on who was taking our table. I voiced my displeasure. She asked if she should get the manger, I said no.She did a great job taking care of us and the manger did come by and apologized. Ask if he could do anything my wife said a cheese cake dessert would be great. We get done eatting they bring the cheesecake I go to pay my bill and the only thing charged to us was our Ice teas. I asked if this was correct and was told yes.I tipped 30% of what the total bill should have been but after I left I felt like that was not enough.I have nothing but high praise for the lady that took care of us the manager and the way they took care of a bad start. We will go back. They went above and beyond.“
“For what it is, this place is great. Super fast BBQ sandwiches, all of the different sauces on the table with descriptions. Driven by 100’s of times, went in for lunch for the first time. I was happy with it and will go again. I got their flagship sandwich “The Brother”. Bread actually held up the entire time which impressed me.“
“I don’t often write reviews on food. I have worked in fine dining for 20 years all over the US. I have worked with a Michelin starred chef. I have had the luck to travel the world and eat at some amazing places. So must of time really all I look for is to eat something that will make me not hungry and not be gross. Sandos is my one pleasure place to eat in Loveland. The food is always good, but today I had the meatloaf special and I had to write a review. It was delicious beyond my wildest expectations. It is not often I get taken on a journey like this while eating in Northern Colorado. “Unfortunately Smōk missed the mark for me. I ordered the Brisket Sandwich because it was highly rated. First bite I couldn’t taste any flavor, so I put some of their BBQ sauce on it. It didn’t help much either. I’ve had award winning BBQ sauces and briskets and the reviews for Smōk were equivalent to those award winning BBQ sauces and briskets so I held it to such high standards. I judge a place by its coleslaw if they have it and it’s deviled eggs since that’s a signature duo to any BBQ place. The coleslaw in the Fried Chicken Sandwich my partner had was not flavorful at all, it didn’t have the “zing” it needed. I would have gotten more flavor from a lettuce salad fed to a rabbit farm then I did with the coleslaw. The deviled eggs were so small. It looked like they used a small sized egg instead of large ones. Even the portion of the filling was underwhelming. Deviled eggs are supposed to be heaping with filling. The only compliment I have for the deviled eggs was the jalapeño on top. I’m very fortunate to have been helped by a manager that was equally disappointed about my complaint. He fortunately was able to give me a refund for my portion of the meal.“
“I go for the salad bar since I am on keto diet. I pile up the salad because I think its a one trip serving that is around $11? They have made to order salads too. My friends like their souls and always enjoy their sandwiches. The dining area is large with may tables. Ypu order at the cash register and you pick up your salad dish and utensil at the end like a cafeteria.Its not a cozy atmosphere, but bright with a lot of natural window lighting. Been here several times. Will continue to.“
“We order from Cava often and almost as often their are glitches between staff, attentiveness, product supply and poor timing for orders. Tonight was no exception. We were on the far northwest part of town before 7pm thinking "we should order Cava now so by the time we drive to the location it will be ready!" We used the app and ordered 5 different meals. The app said ready at 7:15pm. We arrived on time but our order was no ready. I went in and was asked for the name on the order. At 7:21pm I was told "we're just starting your order." This has happened before. It may be helpful to use a system that accurately provides useful information. We waited another 10 minutes and took our order home. Mine was the Chicken Right Rice subbed with lamb. I got the same thing a few nights earlier and also on a previous order. At home I opened my dish to find not only was there barely any Right Rice but the pickled onions I selected were not included. I'm getting really tired of the lack of attention and service. Cava is losing me and my family's business.“

Love the round bread, very unique and very tasty. I had the pastrami Ruben on rye, it was really good and not expensive. Would recommend and will return!“
“Relaxing on the patio, basking in the Colorado sunshine and savoring the famous “Bronte Special” at the Cheba Hut in Johnstown. I highly recommend it, as the staff is fantastic and treats you like family. The food is excellent and the beer is delightful. I appreciate being able to sit outside, enjoy the music, and soak in the atmosphere. 10 out of 10!“
“I realized I've probably had a couple hundred La Luz burritos if you go back to my college days but I had never reviewed. Do it right and take advantage of the roasted medium salsa poured poured liberally into a potato burrito. Well, that's my fave. Other options are also fantastic. This is a place that understands that heat imparts flavor. The meat has just the right char and I already mentioned the roasted salsa which is way too hard to find in restaurants.Only tip for improvement feedback is that on occasion in the past I'd get a tortilla that is a bit dried and flaky on the outside, but it's still fine and they may have fixed that based on recent visits.I don't live nearby anymore but I still make it up once in a while and it is still a happy place for my belly each time. It's an absolute shame the other locations have closed.“

We ordered on a Friday night and our order was incorrect when we received it (which happens sometimes) and when I called to see about getting the correct order, the manager was apologetic and quick to make it right and get the correct order out to us. The replacement order was very fast to arrive and was 100% correct. I highly recommend this establishment for their delicious food and excellent customer service!“
