“When I was in town from out of state last week, our party of 20 ordered sandwiches from Daddy O's for take-out. I had no idea what to expect, but they were fantastic. Everyone in our group loved them. Their bread is what really stood out from anything else I've had. It reminded me most of a sandwich from Schlotzsky's Deli (back when we still had one where I live). I likely will never been in Loveland again, but I would highly recommend this place for anyone in the area craving a good sandwich.“

I have had the luck to travel the world and eat at some amazing places. So must of time really all I look for is to eat something that will make me not hungry and not be gross. Sandos is my one pleasure place to eat in Loveland. The food is always good, but today I had the meatloaf special and I had to write a review. It was delicious beyond my wildest expectations. It is not often I get taken on a journey like this while eating in Northern Colorado. Genuinely so good and they got both my and my husband's sandwiches exactly correct even though we got the same sandwich done totally differently. “Ordered three 12” sandwiches last night, late status after midnight. Picked them up. Was excited because CHeBA hut always slaps. This time was unlike any others. We got old gross lettuce on our sandwiches, and each of the three was missing at least one if not more toppings. All three of us woke up today with food poisoning and are hugging the toilet. CHeBA hut got us all sick. Which sucks because it’s usually my go-to…Edit: Owner reached out to me and offered their apologies, a refund, and a credit for next time as well. “Relaxing on the patio, basking in the Colorado sunshine and savoring the famous “Bronte Special” at the Cheba Hut in Johnstown. I highly recommend it, as the staff is fantastic and treats you like family. The food is excellent and the beer is delightful. I appreciate being able to sit outside, enjoy the music, and soak in the atmosphere. 10 out of 10!“

“Aaron was phenomenal. We walked in just before he was closing shop. I hate to be those people but we were. I could tell he had already restocked and was putting things away for the evening. He did not sigh, there was no resentment in his voice, instead he was extraordinarily helpful making suggestions when needed and reassuring us that there was no problem with us coming in so late. He was happy to help and amazed me in doing so. I've worked the service industry most of my life and couldn't have asked for a more model employee. Aaron thank you for taking care of us even though you had to restock yet again once we were done we greatly appreciate it and wish you the best“
“You can ignore the majority of these negative reviews as they are mostly service related and 5+ years old. No service issues that I witnessed. Sandwich was warm and delicious (hook and ladder.) Firehouse is slightly more expensive than Subway or Jimmy John's on average but the quality of ingredients and bread is better. I eat at Firehouse a few times a year and have yet to have a bad experience. This location is slightly tucked away but give it a try if you're in the area. A solid sub joint!“

Typically no need to pre-order because they sometimes finish your order before you finish getting your order taken! Outdoor seating is on the road, but doesn't really disturb the atmosphere much. “Have eaten here 5 times. Food has been consistently good. Pickles are not the greatest, but the sandwiches are good. Prices are close to subway, but the food is better. Staff is a mixed bag. Some friendly, some not. Today was the not friendly crew, but they got the job done and I'm there for the food. Lobby could've been cleaner, but wasn't horrible. Have 2 TVs going. Both were showing skateboard videos today. Menu has calories listed for those who care. Line moved relatively quickly. Order was filled in a reasonable time. Food is better than any of the nearby fast food options in spite of the brooding employees.“
“This review is specifically about an employee on shift 7/22 around 4pm (I didn’t catch his name). Our interaction was less than 2 minutes long but it was the most positive customer service experience I’ve ever had at any Subway. My boyfriend and I were waiting for an online order that we placed and the employee was taking care of some in-house customers. He finished their transaction a few minutes later and he came right up to the table we were waiting at with a huge smile and he apologized for the wait (which wasn’t necessary we only waited for 5 min tops) he was just so nice and friendly. When we got home and opened our sandwiches, we were so amazed at how well built they were. There were no mistakes, every ingredient was on there and the ratio of everything was just perfect. This dude is practically a sandwich scientist. I never thought I’d care this much about a damn sandwich but this employee has raised my standards. Thank you Subway employee guy on west drake!“

Dane is always so friendly with each and every customer he comes into contact with. A regular had walked in after me and he was already getting her order going for her, now that’s what you call customer service! Other staff members are just as awesome!“
