“Backyard bird in timnath...next to pd..Ok, so this place was fantastic!!! 5*!!! The BBQ sauce is next level. The chicken is amazing!! And they have a liquor license!!! Help a new restaurant succeed!!! The owner is a classically trained chef at Cordon Bleu in Paris. The donuts are insane, and if wanted, can be a bun for your sandwich. They have daily specials, a food truck, catering etc....see attached card for info.“

Had several things on the menu: traditional poutine, traditional wings, chicken pesto sandwich and caprese sandwich along with the chicken pesto salad. Gotta say...the music was great but the food was better. OMG! Both my hubby and I loved everything and he walked out of there saying, "that was a great meal!" We have Oatmeal stout weather any month of the year. Just like we have ice cream-weather days during the winter! Their red ale is good too! Our server said he was very sorry about that group's volume, but all customers are welcome, and they had been warned about the volume just before we got there and left soon after. All was perfect afterwards. The staff did a great job with everthing, the manager went around to every customer after that group left to make sure every thing was great. We were offered a discount because of that groups behavior, but we told them no thank you, because we saw that they did all that they could. This place is wonderful and the food is always very good; prepared and presented. The atmoshere, despite the loud customers, was beautiful! We have been to this place many times before and it was always perfection. I've only experienced the food once by getting a bratwurst in August of last year, taking 25mins, it was presented well, in a tasty bun, but the brat itself was burnt to a crisp. I sent it back and received a new brat 15mins later that was cooked well. I was quite disappointed. Although my expectations for any bratwurst are high, nobody is going to enjoy a burnt meal. So my recommendation, just get drinks..“

“We stop in to Lazy Dog at least once or twice a month. The service is always amazing, the food just as great and the drinks are always consistent! This stop, Christie & Megan, took care of us perfectly and have absolutely no complaints. Upon entering we were warmly greeted by Tish the bartender who was attentive to our every request and was friendly and made us feel right at home. The food was delicious and I was so full had I known I would have paced myself for the homemade desserts made by Tish. As we were leaving it started pouring so we extended our stay had a couple margaritas and shot some pool having a great afternoon at Matt’s Place. “This place is great. Wonderful service, nice atmosphere, and the food is mostly good. Today, I and one of my party each tried the “Deep Dish Chi Pie”, and it was really disappointing. This was not the deep dish kind of pizza I was anticipating. I’m trying to pin down everything that I didn’t like about it, but the stand out issues were: the crust was very tough and was stuck to the skillet it was served in, there was not much sauce as there is usually with a real Chicago deep dish, and the additional meat toppings were just thrown on top instead of actually being baked in.All in all, great place to eat, but I hope ownership sees this and tries to revamp their deep dish, because right now it is just not that great.“
