I don’t get to go to joes very often but when I get to it’s always a great experience. But tonight was especially great. The entire flow from being greeted, to our server Amber who was phenomenal!! And let me tell you I am hardly ever impressed by a waitress. Her attitude was exceptional. She checked on us but also left us alone. She is the PERFECT waitress! Definitely improved themselves from the days of old. Last few visits have been very consistent: perfectly cooked crab, shrimp, lobster, etc, great service, classic interior. Definitely the most reasonable place if you're wanting crab legs or similar.Only knock was substituting coleslaw on a dish for corn. Once it was a minor cost bump to do the substitution (like +$1 or something, an upgrade charge), but most recently they charged us full price for it as though it was a full extra...read full review
First time at Joe’s Crab Shack. I’m not the biggest fan of seafood, but came here with a buddy on a whim. Our server, Dionna, was superbly kind, attentive, and had such a warm and wonderful table-side manner. She made sure we were well taken care of and checked on us frequently during our visit. The Alfredo Pasta was yummy. I’ll certainly be back, thanks Dionna & J’CS!
