“Victor at Parthenon saved our Thanksgiving dinner!!!! Another restaurant couldn’t make good on our order. So, last minute, I scrambled to find a restaurant that could give us 7 individual takeout turkey dinners. Parthenon was amazing. The meals were delicious, ready as promised, packaged separately to accommodate Covid safety. I couldn’t have been happier. I am very thankful for many things on this Thanksgiving and Victor and Parthenon Diner are definitely included. WELL DONE!!!“

“The place is adorable, honestly not what I was expecting given the quirky sign outside. I like the mixture of colors and textures in this establishment, I could definitely have a date here or catch up on school work. It's versatile, and located next to a fitness place also. Staff friendly, and gave great recommendations. The smoothie was amazing, I got the very cherry. The texture of it was on point, and they know what they are doing. I hate when I get a smoothie and there are chunks, or it's too runny. But here that will never happen, the blenders are perfect and the staff are pros with their craft. Will definitely be back! “I have been aware that there was a Pedals business in New Haven, and I have visited a Pedals business in Durham, but I didn't realize that they're related until I visited the State Street Pedals for the first time this week.I think I may have been focused on coffee when I visited Durham, but the name of the game today was -- Juice! My son and I wanted to sit and enjoy some juice while he played Pokémon Go. The Inside was nice with comfortable seating, and they have cool bicycle themed decor. Service was friendly and efficient.My son and I each liked our juices. The juices are pre-bottled in a mini fridge. I had a vibrant orange Carrot Zinger. I think I picked up some ginger in addition to the carrot. My son liked his apple juice. We also tried each other's juices and we each liked both.I don't frequent juice bars and I don't make juices at home. So I don't know typical juice bar price ranges or the current cost of ingredients or the amount of work required to make high end juice. I was a bit surprised about the cost. Each juice came in a nice bottle and the charge includes a $1 bottle deposit. The Carrot Zinger cost $10 and the Apple cost $8. These prices might be reasonable for a juice bar, but at these prices, I'm much more likely to meet a friend for an iced coffee than a Pedals juice. Pedals also has smoothies for similar prices. I'd probably go that direction next time because seeing somebody work in front of me makes me feel better about the price. LOL Pedals has bowls and toasts as well.4.5 Stars“

“I find them a little bit overpriced, but the fruits are always fresh and the portions are big. I’d like more comfortable seats as well, but I think the intention is to serve mostly take-outs.Vegetarian options: Almost everything except for the soup, I believe.Dietary restrictions: Most options are gluten free, dairy free and/ or vegan.“

“Cute little place, it has acai bowls, smoothies but also toast and different snacks. They told me everything was gluten free. I wanted to know if their oats were certified gf, so they called someone and told me they were. Staff wasn’t really well trained on gluten or their ingredients, but they were willing to inform elsewhere and maybe they just started when I got there. I felt assured enough to order (have celiac/gluten allergy)I got a almond butter acai bowl that was delicious. Downside was that the acai bowl wasn’t properly mixed, got some big frozen chunks of strawberry still in there. But overall good experience.“

“Stopped by 1 afternoon for some traditional Mexican and this place did not disappoint. It is a mid size spot in the center of town in Wallingford. When you walk there are about 6 tables with the person taking orders by the register. The place is super casual and the girl working on the front super friendly. We had burritos and tostadas which were very good. The burrito which was what I had was super big and flavorful. Burritos are one of those meals that you can't go wrong with. The tostadas were what you would expect, crunchy with lots of toppings. Definitely a place to stop by while in Wallingford.“
