“We recently celebrated my mother`s 100th birthday at Pulcinellas with about 40 friends and family and everyone is still talking about it ! Linda ensured perfection all around. The pizza, antipasto, entrees (chicken champagne, veal francese, eggplant rolatini, penne a la vodka), and sides were delicious and plentiful. The pistachio BD cake was gorgeous and tasted out of this world! the staff was so attentive to everyone's needs and the piano player added to the festive atmosphere. Thank You Linda, John and team for making the event so special and memorable for my mom and our entire family”

“Nice menu to select from to either eat in or take out. The place was very clean with friendly staff. I ordered the Hummus, Tabouli, Falafel and Veggie Grape Leave Platter. Generous portion for 1 person to eat. The hummus was thicker than many places but tasted good. The tabouli made with fresh parsley, etc. was tasty but to my palate – too salty. The grape leaves were just ok. 3 pieces of Falafel on the platter seemed salty for my taste. Everything comes with sliced Pita bread to make your own sandwiches. Will go back to try some of the other options. This is a nice addition to the Federal Road places for lunch/dinner.”

“This was our first visit. The service was exceptional. The food was wonderful. My husband had the duck special and I had a really interesting steak with fries and an egg. The drinks were very good as well. The tiramisu and La Brisas special coffee was great. We will definitely be back!”

“Best Deli / EATERY in town. This place is a hidden GEM ! Everything here is freshly made and the staff are very friendly. It’s hard to find good delis these days in Connecticut but this is the place ! The new owner comes from a long years of experience in the kitchen industry and they are very knowledgeable in what you want to eat. No such thing as language barrier, it’s all about communication and how detailed you are with how you want your order to be made.

Immediately upon entering you will notice the typical faded backlit menu seen in so many New York spots we love and enjoy. As you walk by the fish tank you are greeted with some of the most friendly service you will ever get. All the food here is prepared fresh, never frozen, and always has the perfect crisp to juiciness ratio.

Compared to other Chinese spots in the area this place is not only better service and better quality, but better prices as well. Our recent order was over ten items and it was still under 80 bucks. Unfortunately they do not deliver but are always open for takeout. Trust me. Moon Star is worth the trip!”

“We had Mangia Mangia cater our recent rehearsal dinner - it was hands down the best food we have had in a long time. Everything was perfect- Raquel was a tremendous help and she took all the stress away from hosting a large party. I HIGHLY recommend using them for anyone looking for catering a large event. Bladimir, Joline and all the staff were very accommodating- we even called and got 10+pizzas delivered the day after the wedding too!! Huge Hit!!”

“To start with, I love the thick menu! I love that they give the back stories on the local products/farms they use. And the plethora of options make certain that both my husband and I can find something we like no matter what we're in the mood for. It's also nice to go to a restaurant that has more than the same 6 things everybody else has and to know those items are made with locally sourced products. I can end with a cupcake made from scratch which also supports another small business instead of something premade from the same manufacturer everyone sources their desserts from. It's a win for me!”

Our staples: Thai Spring Rolls, Wonton Soup, Steamed Pork Dumplings (Vegetable Dumplings just as good!), Chicken Massaman Curry, Chicken and Broccoli. “Small but relatively clean branch of Burger King. No outside seating nor kiosks, but there is a drive-thru. All employees are foreigners yet friendly. Bathrooms separated by gender. No self-serve condiments nor napkins. Overall, good value for the price.”
