Had a great experience today. Manager (William?) handled a potentially difficult customer with grace and kindness, which was appreciated, as I was there with my young child and a scene could have been made. He was very professional and polite. Def going back because… it’s Dairy Queen .
While it would be nice to have a full-service DQ in town, this location service just ice cream, and has a freezer full of premade Goody's, as well. Since new ownership took over here not long ago, the service has been very efficient and professional. I typically get a blizzard and have to remind them to mix it long enough so as not to leave plain ice cream at the bottom of the cup, which happens most of the time.

Been living in town for a while and have driven by multiple times, but never in. I was in the mood to try a blizzard, so I went in. First, the location is somewhat tough to see as it is in the corner of a small shopping center. Location is also blocked by a large tree so you can easily drive by. Also bad signage.
