Maybe off the beaten path and a no frills location but TOP NOTCH BBQ. First time trying Roysters but will not be our last. Some of the best BBQ I have had in CT. We tried nearly every meat and side available (Brisket, Pulled Pork, Beef Ribs, Pork Ribs, and Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage plus both cornbreads, smoked mushrooms, baked beans mac n cheese and coleslaw). This food is amazing. A hidden gem off of route 10 in Cheshire, Geoff Royster creates BBQ art. Everything from the brisket, pulled pork, and ribs to the sides and sauce is amazing!His kind and caring personality really shines in both his food and how he treats his customers.I highly recommend adding Royster’s to your “go-to” list. It’s certainly on mine!
