The mobile order pick up is the slowest I have ever seen. They need to add another staff to help fill mobile orders especially on weekends. It's unfair to the 1 staff member and customers. 2nd visit to this location and both on weekend and the wait was about 20 minutes for mobile.
Very nice starbucks but the drive thru set up is horrible. If you park in the back two rows you are stuck waiting for someone to let you back out and then you're stuck in the drive thru line until you can inch to the right and drive around, only if people aren't blocking this exit. It's really bad

Super slow service, no attention to customer, no interactions with customers. I came in to place an order and wasn’t even acknowledged i was standing in front of the register for more than 5 mins, i asked around and was told “only 2 people working today” but then a 3rd came out from lunch and started ringing customers, after i moved from the register and decided to place a mobile order instead.
