“Such a pleasant place to go for breakfast or lunch. Great vibe. Food is consistently delicious and they offer specials which are updated on a regular basis. You can’t really go wrong no matter what you choose but my favorite is the egg white skillet. It arrives at the table piping hot and stays that way for quite a while. Love it that way! The staff is always so friendly and warm too.”

In 45 years little has changed, especially the quality of the prepared foods. I was raised on Italian food, and this is as good as it gets. I have a job in Torrington tomorrow. See you for lunch, and get something special for Sunday dinner. And the staff there is a joy as well.”

“have been to Brinx twice. Both times I had the everything bagel with cheese, egg and bacon. The bagel is slightly toasted and is both soft and tasty. They give plenty of cheese and plenty of bacon for the very reasonable price of $7.00, which is unmatched anywhere. The young man who serves is friendly and pleasant. The place looks a bit dusty but the tables are clean and the coffee is very good. I highly recommend this place.”
