Lastly, the gluten free (and vegan!) chocolate chip and snickerdoodle cookies were phenomenal! Staff was happy to help with any questions we had about allergens in the food and everything was ready in less than five minutes. The little outside seating area was cute and the location was easy to get to, but far enough away from the noise on the main strip of stores.Dietary restrictions: They have clearly labeled gluten-free and vegan/vegetarian options. Staff also has easy access to a book with all allergy information for all menu items.“

“Southeastern CT is loaded with places where you can find some excellent sweets, but Sift is truly in a class of its own. One look in their display case and you'll know what I mean. They are not messing around! Almost everything they sell looks like it belongs in a museum, and if it wasn't for the fact that it was all so delicious, you'd almost feel bad eating it. They aren't a one trick pony, either. While I admittedly go there for deserts in most cases, on a recent trip I decided to try one of their sandwiches and was not disappointed. The space is relatively small, and most times I've been there's (understandably) been a line, but the small army of employees there makes quick work of it. Ordering is a breeze, everyone there is so eager to help guide you towards selecting the perfect treat for your tastes. One warning- you will probably leave with more than you came to buy, but you certainly won't regret it.“

The ciabatta for our sandwich (made in house) was noticeably leveled up. “Grabbed some cinnamon rolls while I was at the casino and was not disappointed! I will say that four is WAY too many for one person, but it was a birthday treat. Was in and out quickly and they even provided me an extra cup of frosting.I only wish they were more in the casino rather than Tanger as it's quite a walk from where we were to get there and the stall that used to sell them on the other end of the mall area was closed down, likely due to low traffic in that area.“

“When I moved to New York, this was my favorite bakery. After moving back to Boston, I've missed this place dearly. I couldn't believe I found this bakery inside Foxwoods. Most of the staff were friendly and the variety of pastries were abundant for a small store. It had everything you expect to see at a Chinese bakery. Totally recommend if you need a quick snack or a pick me up.“

“This place is on the corner directly across from cedars restaurant underneath the great cedar hotel it has to be the best bakery ever they have a bacon maple donut that is really a cronut for $3.50 and it's out of this world you can also get an entire 4 to 5 lb homemade carrot cake for less than $30 they make gorgeous wedding cakes and have all kinds of pastries and fancy candies and cookies and I could go on and on cake by Franck is absolutely the best“
“I have been getting their chicken salad wrap for over 6 years now. My family and I traveled from FL and made sure to stop here. It's definitely my favorite lunch spot in the entire area. They have the most delicious cinnamon sticks (kind of like a cinnamon bun). It's cozy and they accommodate food for children. My son loved getting a giant cheese tortilla they made for him growing up. The service is spectacular.“
