Terrible behavior from staff. Richelle the staff member was at the counter completing some work papers and would not greet me and or reflect I was there. I waited till she was available and asked if a seasonal flavor was available in which she looked over replied no firmly and that was it. Stopped to get coffee and some snacks before a day trip with my brother. Rude front counter help. Halfway to mass. Found out part of my order was missing. Went back today to get a refund or the remainder of my order. Couldn't find the receipt. Was told without it there was nothing she could do. No she can't do a search with the card I used for my purchase. Enjoy keeping my money . That's what I get for going low class with dunkin.
