“I had the carne asada street tacos and Al Pastor. This is by far the best street tacos i have had in Connecticut near the Submarine base. I am 100% coming back for more again before leaving Connecticut. 20-30 because i had 6 tacos and a mexican coke.“
“We travel over 2 hrs to come here at least once a year every summer. It’s definitely a local spot and not a tourist trap. It’s right on a marina next to the water. It’s only outdoor covered seating. It’s walk up window ordering and last year we went they now have a food truck that was selling just like their lobster rolls and a few items. But to get the full menu like the fried good and everything else you have to order from the main window. The atmosphere is great. People even come with table clothes and wine in groups to eat and hang out. Right next to the main food windows there’s bother window where they sell ice cream so you could stay for some dessert too. This place is very popular so expect a decent size line and fitting into table with other people. They have like long picnic tables put together. We always go for their lobster roll which is my wife’s favorite. I’m all about the fried shrimp with fries. The beach is not too far so we usually go to the beach first and hang out for a bit and work up an appetite. Then hit up Captain Scott’s before the long ride back home. It’s always worth it.Kid-friendliness: Yes our kids love sitting by the water to see the ducks, look for fish and admire the boats.“
“Delicious pizza & wings and amazing service. The guys running the place really care about their customers and the quality of their food. HIGHLY recommend the Jackson hole pizza (nice that you can get a half pie size) and Mango Habanero wings.Wish I lived in the area because I’d be back! Don’t sleep on The Rolling TomatoDietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza is available for whole pies“
