“Manny catered a surprise party that we hosted - pulled pork, brisket, cornbread, turkey, empanadas. The food was excellent and everyone was very happy! He was super easy to work with, the prices were reasonable and everything was awesome! Definitely recommend him!“
“I'm currently working in milford on contract and love this coffee place so much. 32 Oz cold brew with heavy cream. $5.05 and is amazing in every way. You can taste the awesome coffee. The girls are super friendly and they use a pasta straw that is eco friendly. Will try like hell to come here after my contract work is up.“
“As a longtime fan and connoisseur of the New Haven and New York City pizza scenes I can vouch for the excellence served up at the Fired Up Pizza Truck. Having personally worked at a fairly decent, though not great, pizzeria I have a firsthand understanding of the difference between a decent pie and a truly great pie. It's not much of a secret. The main difference is in the crust. The dough recipe used by the TFUPT, when cooked in their wood fire brick oven, achieves the perfect balance between crispiness and chewiness, without being too bready yet still immensely flavorful. This essential characteristic that epitomizes the New Haven style of pizza has unfortunately become rare and inconsistent, even on Wooster Street these days. For the record, TFUPT is New Haven Style Apizza done right, and their pizza is as good if not better than any of the big three (Pepe's, Sally's, Modern). On top of having one of the best crusts I have ever tasted, each pie uses top quality cheeses and toppings. Furthermore, they have an innovative disposition as evidenced by their dessert pies. At first I was skeptical, but they won me over their pizza topped with cannoli filling. My only criticism of TFUPT is that there is no way to simply order a few pies from them. If they had a restaurant location I would definitely become a regular. Until then, I strongly recommend this pizza truck to anyone having a party.“
“Amazing food truck located in one of the plazas on the River Road, drive too fast and you might miss it. Stopped here for lunch, we got 4 tacos and we could also not leave without trying their Crunchwrap. They have a wide variety of flavors of protein to choose from, each come with two dipping sauces. Options include mango habanero chicken, ground beef, chorizo and a host of others. We got a chorizo, birria and a sweet chili chicken taco. All outstanding! The tortillas were super crispy and have a brown cheesy coating on the outside, that's what makes it stand out from the rest. We also got the Mango Habanero Chicken Crunchwrap, outstanding as well. Service was quick and friendly, they are passionate about what they do. Hours are limited and they only have one table for outdoor dining, best bet is to take this to a park somewhere, that's what we did!! We will absolutely come here again, amazing food.“
“So I went to Ikea nade a wrong turn ended up by a line of food trucks. Being hungary I stopped. I was disapponted when I scene 99% of food trucks were Mexican. I am not a huge fan of mexican food so i googled food trucks on dwarf this place had decent reviews. I got Taco de birria it was really good. It was a bit pricey because I got a juice whose flavor turned out to be one I don't like nothing to do with the food truck I just dont like the flavor anywhere. Anyways I wouldnt eat here again because I dont like mexican but if I had to eat on this strip again I would definitely eat here.“
“Food is good but make sure you know what you are ordering first time I went there I ordered 2 corns she ended up giving me 2 orders with 2 each in a box. So next time I went I said 1 order of a corn I ended up with just 1 so I was confused on that. They should let you know there will be an additional charge with there square credit card she told me total was 30 I check my online it was 35 with some changeYOU DONT KNOW WHST I PAYED??? I HEARD THE LADY SAY 30 MY ONLINE BANKING SAID 35.58 just checked there is no sign at all on the truck , and next time I go I'm going to specifically ask how many corns are in a order“
“Found at the Long Wharf food trucks. Great authentic Mexican food at a great price. Nothing fancy, but you have a great view of Long Island Sound whole you enjoy your food.Parking: Parking can be tough to find on nice days. But there are alot of spaces.“
“Had this with my wife. We shared 3 tacos, the chicken, goat, and steak. Also had the mulitas birria, elotes, and tres leche cake. This food is CRAZY good! Super clean tasting, bright in ways I wasn’t expecting, juicy, and PACKED with flavor. If I could’ve rated it higher, I would have. Family owned, and amazingly friendly. This needs to be a stop if you are visiting this part of Connecticut (Fairfield and the surrounding towns). Amazing job!!!!“
“Amazing experience! The portion was a great size for the price which I always worry about with food trucks. Great amount of meat and it lasted me about two meals. I made the mistake of not getting a drink and it was a little spicy so I got back in line and I'm glad I did! The Hibiscus Sorel was amazing and refreshing. Pretty sweet but a nice treat. I ordered and got my food very quickly. I hope to see the truck again soon!“
