“SUPER DELICIOUS is how I would describe Ashley's! As a chef and foodie, I am more than selective with regard to food and especially ice cream. I typically purchase 1 scoop of ice cream from a new place, take 1 bite then throw the rest away and as my Mother used to say "why waste the calories if it is not good". Well, I cannot and will not throw Ashley's ice cream away after 1 bite. In fact I returned the next day for another LARGE serving. The butterfat is just right and well balanced with the delicious flavors they offer. Many lessor ice cream companies whip lots of air into their product to increase volume and sales ability. Ashley's doesn't sell air; just pure deliciousness. I add Ashley's to my 2 favorite ice cream places ever: the other is Berthillon in Paris, France.“
“THE BEST ICE CREAM EVER!!!!! Literally ruined ice cream living in nyc I now am obsessed with Ashley's. Especially their blackberry ice cream flavor. And I don't even like blackberries but this is my new favorite flavor. You have to try it. It's delicious creamy and so so addicting. Defintely get a milkshake in my opinion thats the best way to experience it. I literally sometimes get 2. My one feedback is the staff is usually teenagers who hate their job and aren't very nice. I've been working since I was 16 and Defintely never had attitude but they do. But it's worth it for the ice cream. “On these hot days- ice cream is amazing. Dairy Queen offers an assortment of different kinds of ice cream. I had an oreo/ bownie Blizzard & loved it. My husband likes the cherry dilly bars. I was shocked @ how cheap an entire box of dilly bars was. Another favorite is vanilla on cone w/ rainbow sprinkles. Friday nights in North Branford they have classic carnight @ Dairy Queen. Great people awesome cars & ice cream. How can you go wrong.“
“Loved this place! Stopped by to check it out while just passing by. Ordered a slice of cheese pizza, $3. The pizza was great! We also got the meatball sub. That was good too. Loved the atmosphere and prices are great. Was able to have a meal for 2 for less than $20. That's with chips and drinks. Recommend ! Lady running it was nice!!“
