“We order take out and we had boneless spare ribs and broccoli in brown sauce pork fried rice . The only disappointment was the e Gf rolls very greasy they didn't sit on a rack long enough .. normally they are very good . The broccoli and Shrimp very good and nice size shrimp .. They are very reasonable and very quick and nice variety. They do deliver as well . Enjoy Chris M“
“If you live in, or are visiting southern Hamden, and get a craving for Chinese, China Wok is the place to go to, or call. They are currently set up for take out or delivery only due to COVID, but they ordinarily have eat-in capability. Their food is quite good, whether you're going for quick and easy or fancy. Their "house special" variants are worth the mark up. The portions are nicely generous. China Wok has been our go-to for Chinese food for 18 years now.“

Then broth was super flavorful and contained pork strips. “We usually order from a chinese takeout near the high school, but sadly it's gone downhill IMO. We ordered a few days ago, I was impressed. Food seemed fresh, thank you Blessings for being generous with the pork in the pork fried rice as well as the pork lo main. I couldnt go all 5 stars only because it wasnt perfect, I honestly didn't care for the broth used in the won ton soup. It tasted like a mix of really strong French onion and beef broth, just not for me. Overall 4.5 stars will definitely order again! Very good!“
“This is your classic Chinese takeout place-- but they have a few tables AND they let you use the restroom, which not all Chinese takeout places do. The restroom was pleasant. The place wasn't fancy: no table cloths, casual attire, normal Chinese takeout prices. I got the shrimp with Chinese vegetables and brown rice. The sauce was a bit too sweet. There weren't many shrimp in there -- which is common with Chinese food -- and one of them tasted a bit off, but I didn't get sick. The vegetables and brown rice were good. It was basically exactly what you would expect. There was a good selection of vegetables -- and they had a broccoli free option, which I like, because broccoli gives me gas. The neighborhood is depressing. There's a lot of litter in the gutter. I was able to find street parking nearby with no problem, even though it was Friday evening.“
“The food is always very good, they have a great selection (with offerings many other Chinese restaurants don't have), and they've even been known to make adjustments. The only downside is they're often unfriendly. Also, one should note that although there are a few tables for dining in, this is a take-out (not a sit-down, serviced) restaurant.“
“My husband and I went for dinner for the first time last night and we were blown away! The food, service and martini's were the best we have had in years. “This is our default spot in Hamden! Jasa is so consistent and delicious! We love the array of dumplings. The dishes are always fresh! They also make a great egg roll. The space is clean and quiet and the service is always great! We will continue to return!“
