Worst service EVER! We were at the Hamden establishment for over 2 hours. No, it wasn't that busy. It seemed like there was only 1 waiter even though we saw people standing around. We sat in the high top chairs in the bar area. While our waiter seemed to be every where, even the TO GO, the bartender made our drinks and left them there instead of bringing them to us. We walked in around 3:30 on a Saturday. There were only 3 tables occupied. It took 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge we were waiting to be seated and an additional 5 minutes for the bartender (who had no one sitting at the bar) to come seat us. Who did that by putting menus at a table then telling us right here as she walked away before we even got to the table. The waiter (Austin) was great and by himself.
