“Everytime I'm in the US I go to Dunkin cause I love their drinks. I really enjoyed that Dunkin cause you can order on control terminals. So practical cause I'm french with a bad accent and they often have trouble understanding me !!! So there no problem, and I love how you can customize everything.Just one downside !!! This was above me on anything that I could have expected on this very cold morning. “Quick stop for breakfast for the team. Easy to order on the app. Doesn't seem to be busy on a Friday which I find surprising but many I imagine are working from home still. Right off the highway easy to get food and hop back on if need be or if you are working on the south end of Hartford, an easy stop before heading deeper into the city.“
“Unfortunately I was brought up on the real Dunkin donuts when all the donuts n pastries were made on site every 6 hours now these same donuts n pastries are frozen thawed warmed up and they call that fresh. When u see Sysco making Dunkin donuts deliveries they are bringing in ur frozen donuts and pastries their donuts r so small now that the company has done away with the shoebox and serve our frozen, donuts in a pizza box“
“I don't know what it is about this Dunkin' Donuts location, but they seriously hire the nicest employees ever! I've never actually been inside this location, but I've been going through the drive-through once or twice a week on my way to work for the past year or so. I really can't over emphasize that the drive-through employees are SO NICE and I always leave smiling. I realize as I'm typing this I sound like a crazy person, but it's just so nice to deal with people (especially in the morning, pre-coffee) who seem genuinely nice and happy. For what it's worth, they've also never gotten my order wrong.“
“Maple avenue Dunkin donuts in Hartford is definitely my go to and favorite branch. Even when something goes wrong they fix with no issues and or attitudes. Stuff happens it's how we fix it. Always hood vibes here. Don't know his name but tall light skinned guy with curly hair and high man ponytail/bun was playing no games with the recommendations today. Ordered the new pesto tomato and cheese but they had no pesto. Suggested avocado instead. Delicious.“
