“In my mission to visit every Dunkin in Hartford county, this was on my list. We had only a brief wait. They had the donuts that we liked and the server participated in our discussion about whether you call them shots or sprinkles. She agreed with me that they should be called sprinkles so therefore the five star review! “
“The staff is what makes this place great. A little while ago the service was awful and the coffee was never made right. It seems they now have an entirely new staff and they are wonderful. Super kind, always gets my order right, very apologetic if the wait is long (not their fault). The woman that has recently been at the window in the afternoons (around 12-3) has made my day multiple times. She is the sweetest, kindest soul always.“
“I cannot say enough good things about this Dunkin! The staff is always super friendly and fast! Also, they always get my orders correct. These employees need to be recognized for their outstanding service! This is my go to dunkin! They never sound annoyed when you are ordering (I have been to a couple local dunkins where that can be the case). They are always cheery and polite. Also, they seem to enjoy one another.“
“By far The BEST Dunkin Donuts of Manchester. They actually know how to make my iced decaf pumpkin latte. Omg I asked for a blueberry muffin and for it to be warm and with butter, yo I was hooked and it was delicious. I might have to go the extra mile when it comes to Dunkin on Center Street. The young lady at the drivethru was very polite and friendly. Keep up the good work“
“This is the best Dunkin around. The staff is friendly and it always looks like they are having a good time which always brightens my mornings to see. The girl who makes the sandwiches must be a magician because whatever she does to make them must be magic... they are always so good. I've been to lots of different Dunkin's and have never had a better sandwich from anywhere. They have never screwed up my order either unlike the one down the street at the gas station. “The staff wasn't paying attention to the people inside the store. A few people walked out.Parking: Dunkin donuts shared a store with Subway. So parking was ok until lunch time.Wheelchair accessibility: First floor, the doors going in was hard to handle unless someone was holding it open for you.“
“Came in and ordered a pumpkin spice latte (through the app)z arrived 4 mins later and waited inside all of 45 seconds and somebody asked if I was a mobile order. I confirmed that I was & they asked my name and I said "Sarah" and then there was a chorus of people saying the name "Sarah" (or this is how it felt) and the my coffee was handed to me TOASTY and somebody apologized for the wait. Also note but it was clean and well staffed and I was impressed with my experience and would be back!“
“Today was a busy day at DD. I ordered a bagel with butter and plain cream cheese. Well I get back to the office and oh yeah no cream cheese on my bagel. So I called DD and the manager was super awesome she had apologized for the error and said come back and we will re do the order. I believe her name was Taisha. Now that's what you call customer service. The lady who re did my order also apologized for the mistake. This right here let's you know that every employee is on the same page when it comes to customer service. Thanks DD at 81 Oakland St. Manchester CT. “My daughter and I made a pit stop here before we headed to my son's track finals. The store was decorated nicely and was a good layout. I ordered a Plain Bagel, toasted, and with Cream Cheese. I normally don't come to Dunkin Donuts but the bagel was okay. My daughter ordered an Iced Coffee and a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese. The establishment had a great layout and the customer service was good.“
