“Just breakfast and things does the job right. The waitresses are very welcoming and quick. The homemade cinnamon raisin bread and corned beef hash are fantastic. I usually go for one of their omelettes however if you really want to treat yourself order up the stuffed french toast! The diner has plenty of seating and the booths are small but cozy. It can get pretty busy here on a weekend mid morning so you may have to wait a few minutes but it's worth it“

“We adore this place! I called ahead today because of recent health issues I have to have my food prepared differently. They were SO lovely about it and when we went in they were happy to accommodate my needs. I'm so thankful because I hate to ask that kind of thing, but they were happy to do it. The servers are always amazing, too.Dietary restrictions: I cannot have seed or vegetable oil at this time. They were so nice and accommodating and didn't make me feel like it was a burden. Top notch!“

“Delicious food with a decent sized menu. We loved the 1/2 chicken, veggie rice and the empanadas. We finished with one of the best tasting flans I have had. Wait staff were friendly and attentive. They were will to answer any questions we had and explain the dishes.“

“When we were booking our stay at the Mohegan Sun, I wanted to make reservations for somewhere special and I picked the MJ steakhouse. The MJ steakhouse did not disappoint. Their team of hostesses and waiters were awesome. I had a few of their "air" -spressos (pic attached) which were delicious. My bf and I shared the Flight 23 and an order of their mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. All of the meat was cooked to perfection and the sides were delicious as well. Their special dessert of the night was creme brulee and it was to die for! Highly recommend this place!“

“What used to be a regular local bar, got even better about a year ago. Although I miss the pool table, I think the new changes are great. I always get something different every time I come. The last time, I had a taco salad, and although it seemed a bit small, the flavor was great. The burgers here are large and amazing (a bit "finger-licking" sloppy here and there). For local wings, THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE! The beer taps change regularly, and the cocktails are always (dangerously) yummy!“

“Unbelievably fantastic beer and dining. They have the best grilled oysters in New England. Pair it up with Effed Up On Pilz and you will be in Heaven. They even have Effed Up On Pilz shirts that are a one of a kind. You have to check it out.“

“I took my grandmother to Irenes for the first time and it did not disappoint. Food was great, service was excellent. The restaurant itself is not a bad place. “Had best and Cutest waiter in town..Andrew...I order crispy chicken sandwich.. some reason I was expecting a small salad. “This is a great choice for vegan food. Vegetables are great and there's always rice. It's like going home to eat. There is always something interesting. I can't find okra anywhere else in CT. The beef is so tender! The spices are perfect and not overwhelming. I have to drive 30 minutes to get there but it's worth it. Portions are large, I have lunch for two days. Yep, I highly recommend Mommy's.“

“Matches Tavern is one Foxwood's little known gems. Delicious casual fare at reasonable prices in an elegant, dark wood pub style atmosphere. It is actually across the street from the casino in the down stairs of the Golf Club House. Ariana was our server. Friendly and professional. I had the Chicken and Bacons sandwich with Fries for $16.95. Great tasting & well priced. I highly recommend this place.“

“My husband and I arrived on Thursday. We asked the Hostess, (Andrea) if we could make a reservation for Friday night at 8pm. Unfortunately, we weren't able to make them with her. But, Andrea was a real help and informed us to go online. She promised she'd be there on Friday night. True to her word, Andrea was there. She remembered us and was a real joy! They can replace meat with other things.Parking: In a casino, it's a matter of where you park that will make the walking distance shorter or longer. Best to park near the Tanger Outlet area to make the walking distance shorter.“

“This was our first time eating here. The atmosphere is modern and clean. Food is ordered at the counter and then brought out to you. Our burgers where excellent and cooked perfect. Our fries where portioned well. The beer was cold. Not much more to say. It’s a high end burger joint. If I had one complain is that it’s a bit pricey but it’s located in the casino and everything is at a premium. Also in the past year I feel anywhere you go to eat has become much more expensive“

“The one thing that really struck me when I first started going there about six years ago was the multi racial clientele so you get to meet people from all around the world really and almost all of them are really nice. If you are there and you have a chance to meet Pete the owner one thing really likes is people coming up from behind him and just grabbing his shoulders and shaking him and telling him how great a place he has. Believe me he’ll never forget you for it. And if you’re into playing pool this is the place to be, they have one 6’ foot table and 3 9’foot tables and they’re all free to play just make sure you buy at least a beer it’s not a rule but it’s just common courtesy.“

“I have not had a cheesesteak in a long while, and I have never before stopped in despite knowing it was here for a long time now.I grabbed "The Doctor" and added mushrooms and mayo. I have to say, this was a darn good cheesesteak. Well seasoned, bread was perfect - super soft but still had chew. Pretty friggen legit!.. but I have to take a star off for the soft fries, another 30seconds to a minute and they would have been perfect. I wouldn't have minded waiting.Not really a place to sit and eat anymore. Seemed busy with orders though. I'll definitely come back to satisfy my cheesesteak craving, the sammys are definitely worth it!“

“The Friendly's in norwich conn. Is great. Haven't been to one since they closed them all. Found this one by chance. Good food specials for seniors and a sundae free with some meals. Good choices for all eaters. I grew up with a Friendly's when I was little, A lot for banana splits and awful awful Shakes on Friday nites. I missed them when they closed so many. I really enjoyed it and it brought back good memories.“

“We visited Rubini's Full Circle for the first time last week. We have been semi regulars at the owner's breakfast restaurant so figured we'd check it out.The entire restaurant has been completely renovated and looks great. A pub like atmosphere that is welcoming.We came pretty early so it was pretty quiet but did start filling up quickly, once dinner time approached.Our waitress was friendly and attentive without being annoying.I ordered the calamari, which was cooked perfectly. I ordered the fish and chips and my entrée. Healthy portion and also cooked well. I was a tad disappointed with the haddock itself but the breading was appropriately crispy.My husband ordered a large side salad, which was massive and could be a meal on it's own with an added protein, and a burrito.Overall this is probably a do over for an impromtu outing.“

So it was the first time in the arcade area and when we stumbled at the karaoke room which had a very small sign saying it needed to be reserved. The red head worker came in aggressively instead of kindly letting us know about it being having to be reserved , she continously told us "get out" atleast 5xs and until I OPENED MY MOUTH SHE WANTED TO APOLOGIZE. “Easy in for simple breakfast/brunch, with a little spirit, right near the hotel check in desk. A few beer, wine and drink options in case you need a little pick me up drink. Their avocado toast was fresh and delicious. Even had some seasoning on it which is a bright spot with bland New England fare that you may experience from time to time. Overall nice easy going start to a late morning. Staff was friendly. Many options for seating. If you want a view, walk past the entrance bar seating to the left.“

“Had a great experience at the Fat Cat Grill! Had a bus tour of 54 ladies stop in for lunch, prearranged, and Ravi and his staff were on the ball. The place was clean, the food was excellent, and the 2 waitresses worked their tail off. Every one of us enjoyed our food and our time there. They had no problem taking care of women with food sensitivities. I even heard compliments on how clean the bathroom was there. I hope he's still open next year when we come around again!
