Terrible! Usually they are awesome, great customer service never had an issue up until today! Despite a customer responding in gentle frustration it doesn’t give no WORKER OR EMPLOYEE OR PERSON OF AUTHORITY the right to talk to a customer however they’d like, cursing at a customer, or even acting like you’re in any way, a person willing to do some harm to a customer because they are refusing to buy due to the rip off amount you tried charging, is completely unprofessional...read full review

Only the best pretzels in the entire universe. Always satisfied when I go there and I've never had any problems with the service. The ambiance is similar to a candy store, you're so so so so so so excited for the buttery goodness.

My son and I sometimes visit the mall on weekends and he always buys me a pretzel. he likes the small ones I find them to be too sweet. Nicely located where I can walk after and look at stores.
