“Grabbed some cinnamon rolls while I was at the casino and was not disappointed! I will say that four is WAY too many for one person, but it was a birthday treat. Was in and out quickly and they even provided me an extra cup of frosting.I only wish they were more in the casino rather than Tanger as it's quite a walk from where we were to get there and the stall that used to sell them on the other end of the mall area was closed down, likely due to low traffic in that area.”
“Systems went down as soon as we were sat down and the server took our order, They handled it swiftly and steady! Comped our meals and apologized a bunch! Best burgers with steak fries and the goulash was 10/10!”
“When I moved to New York, this was my favorite bakery. After moving back to Boston, I've missed this place dearly. I couldn't believe I found this bakery inside Foxwoods. Most of the staff were friendly and the variety of pastries were abundant for a small store. It had everything you expect to see at a Chinese bakery. Totally recommend if you need a quick snack or a pick me up.”
“Awesome service! Our sever Mary was wonderful. She was attentive, friendly and gave great menu suggestions. Margaritas and food delicious. Other staff members also very friendly.”
“My guilty pleasure is their mini pigs (hot dogs) in a blanket. They're great for snacks on the go. The store is clean, and you can watch them made right in front of you.”
“Our waiter Andrew was the best!!! His service, advice on food and drinks was spot on!! The portions were great and the food was amazing!! Can’t wait to go back up there again!”
“I was on a long losing streak, so bad I had to refinance my mortgage. And, being at Foxwoods, I was tired from all the walking around and hungry to boot so I got into the line at Subway because it was shorter than Pizzaria Regina. That's when I saw "Tunagate" unfold before me. Actually, two people before me ... "I'll have a footlong tuna," said an old lady who kinda reminded me of a forgotten Jew on TV. So, the sandwich artist made her footlong with only three scoops of tuna. She spread them out evenly with the putty knife but there were truly only three ice cream scooper's of tuna. "Hey, she's supposed to get four scoops," said a good Sam next in line after the old lady. "We'll, I was taught it was three scoops," said the young artist in defense of her dang tuna cheater self. "No, it's four scoops on a footlong, two on a six incher," said Sam. "Yeah, you cheating me, I don't want that sandwich no more, you gotta make me a new one now," said the old lady as she was waving her finger at the young sandwich artist. Then Sam said, "And, we want tuna from a new hotel pan, get us fresh tuna! I want a tuna sandwich too and want you to make it correctly, j***** The poor sandwich artist then went to get a new tub of tuna salad and when she came back from the walk-in fridge she remade and made again their tuna salad sammies. "You're a bad sandwich artist and you tried to put one over on me, you suck," said the forgotten Jew. "Yeah, awful person and you should comp us these for trying to scrimp on the tuna!" The young girl sandwich artist was now nearly in tears and she pushed their footlong tunas down the line for the veggies. She then wiped her brow and eyes, took a deep breath to retain her composure and asked me, "What can I get you?" "I'll have a tuna salad," I said as she fainted.”
“Food was very fresh and the workers were so nice. The food came out fast as well for it being boxwoods, it was no later than 15 minutes. Everything was amazing. Shout out to the people who where whipping those chicken wings in the sauce. 10/10Parking: Rain Deck Location”
“My husband and I are both gluten free. The gluten free pizza is the best. We love the chopped Italian salad and order it every time we come. The service is awesome, too.”
“We live in N.J. and did a little family get away with my Daughter & her Fiance. My Family & I enjoyed our experience @Via Emilia . It was one of the best Italian restaurants we've ever been to, All four of us enjoyed our meals. My husband is writing a more detailed review .”
““Sodelicious Food Truck” the Best in Frappe Fruit Drinks & Acai,???with excellent service I recommend them to stop by!!!, located in the marina of Downtown Norwich ”
“Our waiter Randi was one of the most fun and nicest waiters I’ve ever had. She chatted with us a bit while taking our order and let out positive energy. The food was great with good seafood and fabulous wings which we ate while watching march madness. The atmosphere was also great with a seaside vibe a nice bar and pretty lights.”
“Many restaurants will charge high prices to create an aura of quality and fine dining, only to disappoint when it comes down to eating. Shipwright's Daughter is not that place. The prices are on the high side but wow, do they deliver. Four adults, four very different entrees and everyone left with all smiles. My beef strip loin was cooked perfectly and everything that accompanied it was tasty. Some signature cocktails were discounted for the 5 - 6 pm happy hour and were, again, delicious. Our server was friendly and attentive without overtaking the conversation. If your taste buds deserve a holiday this place is worth a visit.”
“I had the Chicken Piccata. It was cooked perfectly & crispy. The sauce was light, but flavorful. Excellent service,in a pristine & clean atmosphere. The cheese cake was light and delicious. Looking forward to returning again sometime.Parking: Large open parking lot, right in front of restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in & open spaces to navagate.”
“Parking across street large lot. Chairs tables front of restaurant before you walk in. Bathroom to right as you walk in. Hostess to left. Get a seat closer to the bar area. Views are magical. Outside another dozen or more tables and a bar. So no need to worry about space. But as the season kicks in make a reservation. Prices are inexpensive for the shore. Food is excellent. Drinks prices reasonable. Good beer choices and mixed drinks.”
“I came back to Tom's today and forgot how much I missed this place. Andrea and Steve took great care of me, and so did Lisa even though she wasn't my server. This level of service is a rarity. I'll be back sooner rather than later!”
“A lot bigger inside than it looks from the out side and it is a wonderful location on the waterfront. The food was fantastic as well as our server. Thank you will be ”
“I visited Nashville, TN last year with friends, and have been trying to find a similar spicy chicken sandwich. I stopped by the Tin Peddler in North Stonington after work for takeout and decided to try the "Nashville Chicken", with tangy slaw, pickles, kewpie mayo, and a homemade bun. It was everything I could have imagined in the first bite. Spicy and delicious! The fries were an added bonus. Looking forward to going back with friends to try more items on the menu.”
“THIS restaurant! Just WOW! Just when you think Stonington, Pawcatuck, and Mystic don’t need another delicious eatery…. Here comes Reds with mind-blowing food! Everything is made in-house, including their sausage, biscuits, and jam and nothing disappoints! Come here, enjoy it and experience it yourself!”
“ALL THE STARS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We ordered food for pickup tonight and I could barely make it home without tearing open the bag because it smelled so good. But let me back up, I was greeted by the most friendly folks when I walked in the door who not only had my food packaged and ready to go but chatted with me about ordering options and gave me samples of their drinks, the mango drink is to die for! When I got home I was taken back by how huge the portions are! Our sandwiches were easily the size of two regular portions. We had the Tripleta sandwich and the Cubano sandwich with sides of fries. The pulled pork on the Cubano sandwich was so juicy and tender and the bread was perfectly grilled. We also got a beef and a chicken empanada and they were huge! The sauce was a little spicy for me (I’m a spice wimp) but my husband loved it. I’m so happy I found this place and it is now a local favorite for me.”
“Made a quick stop here for Dinner. Food quality was excellent. Good portion sizes for entrees and appetizers. Service staff were friendly and quick to help with any questions. Place had a decent ambiance. Overall good experience with food and service.”
“Delicious food with a decent sized menu. We loved the 1/2 chicken, veggie rice and the empanadas. We finished with one of the best tasting flans I have had. Wait staff were friendly and attentive. They were will to answer any questions we had and explain the dishes.”
“Had the crème brule French toast and eggs Benedict at our Easter brunch and both were outstanding. The ladies of the wait staff worked so well together and made our visit a joy. My husband said that the eggs Benedict were as delicious as those he had at Commanders Palace in New Orleans years ago….complements to the chef!”
“We arrived at the restaurant around 7pm without reservations and were seated immediately (Thursday night in late April). The dining area faced the waterfront, looking clean and classic. Service was fast, courteous, professional and friendly, attentive without being smothering. We ordered bread which is made on site, warm and delicious; entrees included the Seafood Squid Ink Pasta and a glazed salmon and black bean risotto special. Both were cooked perfectly and very tasty. Portion size was good. Coffee was a little bitter; i usually take it black but found myself wishing for some sugar. Desserts were carrot cake and creme brulee which were ok. The small parking lot was full, but we found street parking. Prices were medium high, ok for a special evening out.”
“We had a lovely time . Clara was amazing , explained the menu and drink options very sweet. Also very hygenic she left our table spotless after every round of food also very patient.. We where there for 1.5 hours. It happened to be happy hour, but the atmosphere was very laid back ,chill. The Pupusas are authentic the drinks are unique and tasty. All the food we ate was really good. It was a nice getaway from Boston. Really nice place. I felt classy for once! Ha”
“Insanely good Indian food. I love their vegetable biryani! Their prices are also reasonable and the service is excellent as well. I left well fed and feeling great. Highly recommend if you're in the area or just travelling by on 95.”
“I loved this restaurant. It is a fun and lively environment. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. We ordered the sea scallop risotto and the lamb chops as our main courses, they were both fantastic. For appetizers we got the ricotta bruschetta and white sauce mussels, also very good. The wait for our food was quite long but it was a busy night.”
“One of our favorite restaurants. Have been here upwards of 20 times or more and have never had a dish or cocktail we haven’t enjoyed. The best burger in town for sure and their sourdough is out of this world delicious. The menu changes often with a few staples so you’re never bored and can always try something new. Very fresh, always.Extremely talented team!”

“Marissa was amazing! Made us feel right at home and was working hard throughout our dining experience. Even made these cute designs with our ketchup. If your going to Johnny Rockets , you have to get Marissa as your server!”
