“I love this place, or actually I did. Yesterday my friends and I decided to head out for some celebratory boba at our favorite place, which is here. When we got in they said that they needed an hour to prepare the tapioca pearls so we took some of the kids that were with us to get them rolled ice cream from the place next door. We headed back to here and ordered our usual drinks and waited patiently, which wasn't long because they are really quick with orders and we appreciate that. However, one of our friends ordered a drink and it came in a bit messed up. My friend wasn't happy and let the people know. They simply said just mix it, which my friend did. When she asked if they can fix it, they said no. So she asked for a refund and they refused. My friend was devastated.EDIT- Thanks for the reply, just to let you know, we do love your small business a ton and have recommended it to almost all our other friends. That one event was sad, however we still enjoy the place.“
“Perfect spot for ice cream! They have so many cool options to choose from, and you have the choice of having it made in front of you, or selecting a pre-made option. Lots of seating, friendly staff and delicious ice cream! Can’t wait to come back!“
“We have been going for many years and even after a new owner to took over . The services have been always great . My one recommendation and it’s my favorite and had about it many years ago is to carry coconut flavored .. but other then that it’s continues to be a very busy hot spot and a nice hang out in the back . I love that place“
“Sharing this timely update from Robb's Farm! This is the last weekend of the season to get scoops rather than only quarts. Last chance to get scoops! It's Robb's last week scooping ice cream in the shop! Hours are Thursday from 4-7pm and Friday/Saturday/Sunday from 12noon-8pm. “What a wonderful spot to stop for ice cream! We stopped on our way back from the beach and it was a perfect way to end the day! Both the soft serve and the hard scoop ice cream were great quality and large quantities. The line may look long but it moves fast! Definitely worth the stop! Can't wait to go back!“
“Ok, now I've eaten there many times.The pizza is like a New York style thin crust which makes the toppings explode. The meat toppings are real and fresh.The steak grinder or sandwich I recommend with fresh mushrooms and what I love and they have Swiss Cheese which most places don't carry,I love it oh the breakfast sandwich with anything you want on it awesome and FREE COFFEE ALL DAY !!!!!, And the price is better than any pizza ? place around so go on down...Thank you for reading!!!“
“Top 5 on our list of favorite CT locations, and thankfully close by! High quality ice cream, family owned, and plenty of flavors for everyone. Plus if you're GF, dairy free, or vegan there is something for everyone! Even GF cones, which are much appreciated, are available on site. I do miss the full restaurant from years past. And the location is not desirable being on the busy Berlin Tpke. They do have some picnic tables out back, but still wish they were downtown in a more family-friendly area (of course, they were here before it got so big in the area!). Also cash only, so don't forget to bring! (They do have an ATM) While the ice cream is incredible and so worth it, prices are getting a little high compared to other farm-fresh places that are not cash-only (Almost $6 for a small 1 scoop cone/dish, if that's important to you). Better value to get the 2 scoops+ when you are hungrier or can take some home. They also have a great value "flight" of scoops you can share. Highly recommend!“
“Delicious dairy free ice cream! I’m told by my family the REAL ice cream is delicious, too! My granddaughter loved the cookies & cream and the chocolate chip dairy free… I’m very fond of the strawberry and blueberry swirl. Staff is warm and friendly… we go (too) often!!!!“
“BEST PLACE EVER!! Ice cream was my love but since going here, their Italian ice & gelato is my absolute FAV! Such an amazing hidden gem in Middletown, I usually buy pints to keep me happy through winter when they close. Great customer service, clean store inside, a variety of options, and they give you a lot for the cost. Vecchittos has my heart.“
