“OSA is hands down the best restaurant in CT. Everything about this place is 11 out of 10. The service is impeccable, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Drinks are out of this world. The food is like nothing else. We had the ricotta and it was bursting with flavor. Honey, salt, roasted garlic and chives with sourdough. Yum. I had the 15 day aged corned beef and it was hands down the best I’ve had ever and I’m a Harp! Bartender as always is the best he’s always angling for you to try one of his libations and he won’t let you go till you do: OSA is the best CT restaurant. If you’re listening Michelin give them a star…or two!!!!“
“One of the best vegan restaurants in CT. If you haven’t tried their food, you’re missing out! My favorite is their mac-n-cheese, nachos, and burgers. They had a special dessert one night- apple cobbler- omg it was so delicious, a piece of heaven on earth lol. Love this place, never disappoints. #“
“I love to go to Pokemoto. They have really good sauces like the Creamy Miso and make delicious seaweed salad. What I like best about this place is the service though, the servers are always kind and efficient. Today I went to get a Poke bowl and my server, Sophie, helped me pick out some new things to try based on what I liked already. The bowl she helped me create is so scrumptious and I so appreciate her help!! Definitely going to keep coming back here as long as I can.“
“Vero Cucina was recommended to me from a co-worker. Got an opportunity to try them over the weekend. He was so right! The food was outstanding! Had the caprese salad. All ingredients were very fresh. The tomatoes had a nice crunch to them. The home made slice bread was perfect! It had just enough flavor for a little oil or butter. There are so many things on the menu I can't wait to try..totally recommend going here.“
“Great atmosphere! Came for pre-turkey day trivia which also was a blanket drive-- good cause! We like ciders and sours so did a flight with Sucker Punch'd and Scorpion Bowl being our favorites! Service was fast, friendly and helpful (the keg of scorpion kicking with my pour so they have me another of my choice, which was awesome). Would def stop in again!“
“One of my favorite go-to breweries in New Britain! Have only had good experiences with the service here, everyone's always very friendly and personable! Great spot for big groups, as it's super spacious. Also, dog friendly!! My little guy loves to join me and my friends for a night out, enjoying his own special dog beer! The human beers are great too with a large selection, highly recommend!!“
“The Ruben sandwich was excellent. Pastrami had good flavor, perfectly grilled and in good proportions. The Higgy steak and cheese sandwich my husband ordered was tasty as well, but our west coast background did leave us craving some au jus. It would have been exceptional with an au jus.The potato salad is a solid choice for your side dish. It is clearly homemade, and I will happily order it again.Service was pleasant and attentive. Atmosphere feels like the place the locals all know to go for breakfast or morning coffee, where everyone acknowledges each other or says hello on the way in. The cooking is excellent. A restaurant worth making sure your trip takes you by.“
“Picked up lunch today and brought it home. Excellent food! The goobkwr was outstanding and hubby loves the jalapeno popper dog. Also got Mac & cheese and the baked beans which I highly recommend and of course the salty balls. Had to also get the T-shirt too. Best food in the area. Makes me miss summer cookouts and was a nice break for all the holiday craziness and foods.“

We were greeted by a staff member from behind the counter, and were surrounded but great food, desserts and new friends.Our lunch was made promptly despite the busy lunchtime rush. “Hidden in the corner, somewhere in Newington. Tokyo Cafe was a pleasantly delicious and wholesome surprise. My partner and I decided to venture out and try somewhere new and we may have just found our new regular spot.The dining room doesn’t have too much seating (6-8 tables max) and I would definitely consider it an intimate but cozy vibe. We frequent sushi of all calibers, this isn’t meant to be compared to Nobu or other establishments of the sort. It is an excellent neighborhood sushi restaurant.The food was fresh and delectable . My partner really enjoyed the Kani Salad as an appetizer. She said it was unique in taste and refreshing. I had a house salad with ginger dressing and the miso soup which was just what I wanted and what you would expect. We also shared the Pepper Tuna Tataki ??? absolutely delightful. I must mention all from the dressing to the consistency of the kani salad, this wasn’t the generic all you can eat, run of the mill spot.The very nice lady that waited on us was very attentive and put care into her work. The Sushi Itamae delivered with a beautiful presentation and construction of the “Sushi Sashimi Combo 4 Us”. We finished the meal off with some fried ice cream and left happy and full. I would recommend this place and we will be returning.“
“What a wonderful spot to stop for ice cream! We stopped on our way back from the beach and it was a perfect way to end the day! Both the soft serve and the hard scoop ice cream were great quality and large quantities. The line may look long but it moves fast! Definitely worth the stop! Can't wait to go back!“
“One of the best vineyards in CT. Wine is fantastic, view is amazing, facility is welcoming. Staff is friendly quite friendly. Get there early if outdoor seating isn’t a great idea, it can fill up fast. That said, it’s all worth it. BYOF welcome.“
“We have been to the Bergen House numerous times and it never disappoints! The owners and staff are so friendly and the service is spot on! The mead is delicious and we love stopping in to see what new flavors they have come up with! My favorites this time were Larry and Blueberry!“
