Orders are always wrong, never have any of the meat cooked, old food. I waited over 1 hour to get the wrong order. The workers are beyond nasty. There is no need to click that orders are done just for you to tell me that it’s going to be 30+ mins for “the meat to be cooked.” Never ever again. Don’t waste your money. Never put the orders in the mobile orders spot.
Never before have I wanted to commit arson so badly. The service here is absolutely pathetic, I ordered two burritos at 6:45 and arrived for pickup at 7, DoorDash said it was ready. I walk in and see a massive line for pickup orders and sit down to wait. In the hour I was sat there waiting I saw two, TWO people walk out of the restaurant with their pickup orders, In the back I could only see one person working as three other employees sat in the corner talking. Placed an order here tonight for pickup on shelf and walked into a worker telling me my order was picked up by “Uber eats” when it was placed online. He seemed to expect me to walk out bc of his mistake without any food…stranded around clueless and asked me everything on the bowl when you can easily re-print it. Came home to this bowl. Terrible service for accommodating to a mistake. My dog wouldn’t even eat this.
