“We shared the 2 piece fish and chips and a cup of the bouillabaisse. Hubby was unsure of the place, but WOW! Was he surprised. Everything was absolutely delicious. And they have lots of fish and fresh cooked seafood meals, etc. worth the trip!“
“Excellent attentive and friendly service. Timely delivery of food courses. Hot food was hot. Meatball and sausage parmesan Grinder was delicious. Italian Wedding Soup was good. I celebrated National Meatball Day in fine fashion at Marylou's Restaurante. Thank you. Will definitely return if I am back in the area.“
“I’ve had the pleasure of visiting R&B Ramen N Bao multiple times. The interior is meticulously maintained, creating a pleasant dining environment. Whether you’re grabbing takeout or dining in, the cleanliness adds to the overall positive experience.R&B Ramen N Bao offers an enticing menu that caters to both ramen enthusiasts and bao lovers. I’m partial to the Curry Ramen with Fried Chicken, a fusion of Japanese ramen and Indian-inspired curry is surprisingly harmonious. The fried chicken adds a highly satisfying crunch. My other go to dish is the R&B Signature Ramen. From the perfectly cooked noodles to the well-seasoned broth, it’s a symphony of taste.Let’s not forget about the dumplings. Some of my favorites are the Black Truffle & Pork Soup Dumplings. The broth inside is savory and aromatic. The delicate balance between the truffle essence and the tender pork elevates these dumplings to a must-try status. My second favorite are the Pork & Chives Dumplings. These dumplings are a simple yet classic choice. The combination of well-seasoned ground pork and fresh chives creates a harmonious flavor profile. Pair these dumplings with a steaming bowl of ramen, and you’ve got yourself a winning meal.R&B Ramen N Bao is a gem in Oxford. The food quality consistently impresses, and the atmosphere adds to the charm. If you’re a ramen aficionado or simply craving delicious Asian cuisine, give this spot a try.“
“I grew up in Connecticut so I've eaten at many great seafood places but the Lazy Lobster has the best lobster roll I've had in years with a very generous portion of lobster. The buttered baguettes are to die for and I will be going back to try the ribs. This is a small place, be prepared for a casual atmosphere or to take your food home but wherever you eat it, know you will thoroughly enjoy it!“
“This was our first time at Chaplin's and we were not disappointed. The service was excellent and the food was excellent, well prepared and hot when it arrived at the table. The Chaplin burger was exceptional and the portion was large. The noise level a little high, they could use some soundproofing material in the ceiling, would definitely return again“
“I enjoyed everything from the atmosphere to the food to the service. No complaints, I know I have my preferences but thats me the beef and cheese empanadas were stuffed and delicious and I have their popular steak dish with the beef stew and the beef fell apart so easily.Kid-friendliness: Definitely family friendly“
“Hot and fresh food. The service is friendly and pretty fast. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed and cozy. Good pizza here! They use really fresh ingredients for the pizza. My wife and I have come here multiple times for pizza and other Italian dishes“
“Have been to Oxford House Tavern a number of times since moving to Oxford in 2017 and have always enjoyed the atmosphere, selection of menu items and the drinks. The bartenders and wait staff have always been extremely friendly and inviting. The rib special is my favorite!“
“Recently I’ve visited Bin 2x. First was a bridal shower and all first shelf food, service, and atmosphere.Tonight was there with a special friend who is moving out of state. The service was amazing, food delicious, and price was right on point. I’ve never been disappointed with Bin and neither will you.“
“We went to celebrate my sister's birthday last Sunday. I really dont do Italian, but this restaurant was ok. The service was phenomenal. The owner and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The appetizers were okay. The disappointment started with the calamari they just served rings, no tentacles, and they were overcooked and chewy. The crab cake was decent, but they should use a lump crab for the price. The linguine and clams were awesome. I enjoyed the fresh pasta. Everyone else enjoyed their meal as well. The cheesecake cake and the limoncello cake were great. I would definitely go back again. To try other pasta dishes that are on the menu. Go check it out. I think you would enjoy it“
“Great place if you're looking for flavorful food! Chicken tenders are always flavorful and delicious. I tried the fried fish for the first time and it was totally worth it. The menu could look a little pricey but totally worth it if you're looking for fresh flavorful food.“
“2nd time here for dinner, and did not disappoint. Swordfish entree was delicious, and calamari & tuna tartare appetizers as well. The special Manhattan cocktail (“Night at the Roxbury”) was absolutely excellent. Great overall experience & very good service“
“Awesome place, extremely friendly, thier whole belly clams are the best in CT we have been there 4 times in the past year every time We where extremely happy that we went. We are bringing some family members there this coming Friday love it there.“
“876 Sky Level is by far one of the best in Bridgeport. This establishment is always clean, and the presentation of the various types of dishes is absolutely inviting. Portion sizes and prices are among the best in the area. My taste buds are always satisfied whenever I eat here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ✨️“
“Under new ownership! We stopped in for a meal and I ended up being highly satisfied, started with bread and an oil garlic and herb did, that had a lot of aroma and fine taste. Bread was hard shell soft inside perfect to soak up the oil. We ordered espresso martinis that were excellent in taste! Then the salad, great color to the greens and crunchy croutons with a great Cesar dressing. The meals Fra Diablo calamari in spaghetti and a shrimp and scallop special with broccoli rabe cooked with knowledge and heart. Finish with a Sauvignon Blanc. What a great meal and they are making the dining area cozy and warm. Exactly what you need when you eat at an Italian restaurant. I will continue to dine in and out.“
“The Barnwood is our go to for occasions as well just to eat out. The wait staff are very good . Our orders always arrive promptly, and as ordered. In addition to a well rounded menu there always are wonderful specials. We have never had a meal that we didn't like. The chef is inventive and steps outside of the ordinary with fish and meat selections. The only negative is that the acoustics are dreadful making it noisy when the restaurant fills up.Also the tables for two are small.“
“I stopped by today to pick up two lobster roll platters. They were phenomenal!!The lobster rolls were packed with succulent lobster meat. The crinkle fries were perfectly fried. Hot and crunchy like I like them. And a side of coleslawGreat service Friendly and kindThere’s picnic tables to sit at on a beautiful day like todayAND they are open year round!!Worth the trip! Worth the price!I will definitely be back“
“I didn't eat. They often have 4 or so bands play on one night, and the performances are always great. This place supports new bands. Some can be loud or not your taste of music, but it's worth supporting musicians everywhere! Check the schedule.“

“??? BEST EGG & Cheese Sandwich in the neighborhood under 3 minutes. I stepped into the restroom for what was probably 2.5 minutes. Upon exiting I was greeted with only the finest sandwich in the Town! They’re not too chatty, unlike me but extremely about action and proof. I went to a nearby restaurant a few weeks ago and they couldn’t ever match the caliber of the attention and quality of this fine eatery. I am very picky and particular.I needed the eggs runny/over easy with LTM & boy did these guys deliver? 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ALL AROUND. I do recommend. Check ‘em out!!Parking: Bathroom in service. I actually stopped elsewhere prior and needed to use restroom to my dismay, it was “out of service.” Which really sucks for employees, too! ALERT ? TO ALL RESTAURANTS WE KNOW THEYRE FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS, MAKE SURE THEYRE IN SERVICE.“
“I think it's because I'm shy that the owner seemed a little stand-offish, but I have to say her food is amazing. The jerk salmon and rice is the first thing I had and it's going to be my go-to dish. The restaurant is clean, it has a very modern cozy look to it with lots of light coming in. It's bright, spacious and welcoming. People have enough room or their company without feeling awkward about their personal space being invaded. The portions match the price as well. Overall, it's immaculate, people need to go here.“
“We decided to try The Smithy for our anniversary dinner out. It has kind of an up to date 70’s steakhouse vibe. It’s one of a dying breed that still has the old school salad bar that’s included with your meal. It had a nice steakhouse menu with a nice variety of selections. I got the French onion soup starter. The flavor was good, but I don’t think the cheese was Gruyère that is what’s supposed to be used, I’m pretty sure it was mozzarella. For our Entrees I had the porterhouse and my wife had the filet. Both were cooked perfectly to perfection to a nice medium rare. Both came with a baked potato that was cooked perfectly as well. The only knock I have on the potato is the up-charge for the bacon and chives of $2 each. Especially when you can get bacon bits included with the salad bar and the amount of chives were negligible. We decided to have the brownie sundae for dessert and that was a nice throwback too. The waiter said they had a good cappuccino so we gave those a try with the dessert. We were kind of disappointed with those as well as they were basically instant coffee with some cream and topped with whipped cream, not a cappuccino. Overall the food was very good. Our waiter was very helpful, personable and friendly as well so that was nice. This was a very nice steakhouse with great food. It has a few areas that could be improved on a little bit, but the good far outweighs any negatives (I won’t say bads here).I would happily go back again.“
