“STRIKE 2, FULL COUNT NOW. - This is a better choice for fast food in town. Great food, fresh every time. Twice this week it was not busy when I ordered and on two separate orders, I asked for to substitute the sodas for coffee shakes. The first time they were Chocolate shakes. So, I order an extra coffee shake on the Carvel side as my brother is allergic to Chocolate. I went in tonight and order my brother's meal for him. When I ordered I made sure to announced that it was a Coffee Shake, TWICE. While waiting, I noticed the female trainer had the trainee put a medium Vanilla Shake instead. When the buzzer went off, not only was there no shake ready but was asked: "Oh, you had a vanilla shake too, right?" "NO! Coffee!" Another wait as they made the coffee shake I originally ordered. Baseball season is upon us, hopefully, you don't strike out if I (we) come in again. Advice - Check your orders placing and receiving them.“

“I was in here at the height of the dinner hour. It took me awhile to get my food but the reason I'm giving this such a high mark is because the workers there were non-stop trying to get the orders out and make things right. You can see it. I don't normally go to this restaurant and I asked if it's always as busy and the local residents said to me, yes it is. My observation was they did a fantastic job by going the extra mile tonight.“

“Very nice and quiet place. The clerk Willow was cleaning the inside area and when I pulled up immediately headed to counter. She was extremely pleasant and offered me choices and I could tell she wanted to make sure I received what I wanted because she asked me if I was there for myself or family and then proceeded to help me decide what was best. It's u usual to get this level of service at a fast food place and I would definitely recommend this place.“

“I had an outstanding experience at the Popeyes in Naugatuck. The fresh out of the fryer chicken thighs were the star of the visit — incredibly tasty, juicy, and full of that signature Popeyes flavor that keeps you wanting more. They were cooked perfectly, with a crispy outside and tender, flavorful meat inside. It’s exactly what you hope for when you order from Popeyes, and they nailed it. The beans and rice side I had was delicious as well!

What made the visit even better was the service. Lady and Emanuel were both fantastic — friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They carried themselves with such professionalism and warmth that it elevated the whole experience. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about making customers feel appreciated. Their positive attitude and helpfulness made the meal feel even more enjoyable. They even gave me a senior discount, which I didn't know Popeyes offered!

Between the delicious food and the excellent service from Lady and Emanuel, this Popeyes location really stands out. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great food and great people.“

“I usually don’t write reviews but here’s a store with a staff that really deserves recognition. I went to subway sometime last week and there was a girl named Daria, while being slammed she still kept a smile and tried her best, she was fast and nice and kept up with customers even though some may have not been so nice. I went back may 29th and the women working that night were super fast and super nice. The team work with one woman putting the meats and another woman putting the vegetables. The cleanliness while still making food and all while being under pressure of more customers coming in along with the orders dinging one after the other.

I went back the next day to get something before work around 12:30ish, The same women were there and man were they slammed. But even while being slammed the communication and fast paced and teamwork were all still there! The smiles even while being under so much pressure. I definitely will be coming back.“
