Very slow service if you're a walk-in customer as they apparently put a priority on drive-thru. Chicken wings were good but "Cajun" fries are mediocre & fountain drink is weak. Management apparently cutting corners on customer service by being understaffed
I don’t understand some of these low reviews. I’ve been here at least a dozen times since they’ve opened, and they’ve been consistently good each time. Never an issue. Food has always been hot and tasted

I'm not exactly sure what is going on in this establishment but should Popeyes continue to travel down this path I'm not sure the people in naugatuck will be too happy about them being here.On April 1 i got the biggest April fools joke in my order of honey barbeque wings.
