Just tried Pura Vida for the first time and was blown away at how good everything was! Very friendly and welcoming people who treated us like family from the second we walked in. Our meals were full of flavors that were unlike other Latin cuisine and the portions were extremely generous. We can't wait to come back again and both try new things as well as enjoy newfound favorites. A true hidden gem right here in Naugatuck!
Highly recommend this place! I've had a lot of Latin food, but this was my first time at a Costa Rican place. I've never had Costa Rican food before. Kristel, one of the owners, was so awesome and welcoming! She and her parents own the place. All the food is homecooked comfort food. The restaurant is so clean and smells clean.
